I cannot say enough wonderful things about Karol Powers at Mercedes-Benz South Bay in Torrance. This is the second vehicle I have purchased with Karol, and once again, she exceeded every expectation. She truly listens to her customers and works to make the process smooth and stress-free. Unfortunately, I recently had to purchase another vehicle after being involved in a serious car accident. It was a very stressful and traumatic experience, but Mercedes-Benz made a difficult situation much easier. Within literally seconds of the accident, after both the upper and lower airbags deployed (I didn't even know my vehicle had a lower airbag), Mercedes-Benz contacted me through the SOS feature in the vehicle. The representative immediately checked on my well-being, asking if I was hurt, bleeding, breathing okay, and ensuring I was alert and responsive. They also informed me that emergency services had been dispatched. The speed, professionalism, and genuine concern they showed during such a frightening moment meant more to me than words can express. Experiences like that remind me why I continue to choose Mercedes-Benz. Knowing that the company genuinely cares about the safety and well-being of its customers provides a level of comfort and confidence that is priceless. Karol's extraordinary customer service is the reason I will continue returning to Mercedes-Benz South Bay for future vehicle purchases. I will also gladly refer my friends and family to her because I know they will be treated with the same respect, honesty, and care that I have received. 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E review
My first EV car. Not sure if I love this car or the fact that it is an EV. What makes this a bit different from a Tesla is that it still reminds you of a regular car in terms of gear shifting controls and displays. My car is a premium trim, dual motor and long range battery extension, so if you get a lower trim, the experience might be slightly different.

2022 Tesla Model Y review
The is the FUTURE of automobile transportation! Absolutely FABULOUS car! No more gasoline, no more scheduled maintenance. If you hit the accelerator hard, you'd better have your head against the headrest or you may be injured. Zero to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds for my 2022 Model Y Performance. Fast charging Tesla Superchargers are always available across the country making long, cross country road trips a pleasure. At home I can charge 300 miles of range over night for $8 of electricity. Yes $8! Super Chargers cost more, but the speed and convenience is well worth the costs on road trips and it's still a fraction of the price of gasoline. I honestly look forward to getting into this car and driving it. I've owned a Mustang, BMW M3 and 5 Series, a Porche, Jaguar, Mercedes SL550, and many more cars. None were as fun to drive as the Tesla Model Y Performance. This is the future of automobile transportation and getting better every day.

2022 Audi e-tron S review
I traded my recall happy kia ev6 gt line for this 2022 cpo etron s prestige. And it's the car I wish I had bought before the kia. The overall build is perfect. As you would expect. I've been driving the car for over 3 months now and to be honest. A real review and owner would never give this car a one star. The interior and exterior are just fantastic. I've owned many bmw, audis, kia, Honda, Infiniti and I'm never disappointed with audi. This car gives you so much for the dollar compared to other vehicles. When comparing to tesla. I look at what tesla does with quality control. Reliability. Cost to repair. Time to repair. And I would rather have this audi e tron by far. Price for the e tron s prestige new is simply extreme for the range. The range is going to be a turn off for many people that travel long distances a lot. But who travels more than 180 miles but only so often. I have a level two charger at my home. And I've never had to worry about range. My first road trip is coming up. And with the new infrastructure that has been accelerated recently, doesn't have me worrying about my trip like it did 5 to 7 years ago. If you want a fantastic deal. Look for a cpo of this car. And buy it. You won't regret it. Oh and one last thing. Audi never post a real 0-60 for there cars just like bmw. This car can go from 0-60 in about 4 seconds and as wuick as 3.8 second. It is insane kick in the pants.

2024 Kia EV9 review
Ok, good car. Lots of great reviews online. We have a GT and let me say the biggest issue is technology. Tesla has set a high bar with customers. I expect EVs to fully integrate with mobile and to require less to do more. Kia is truly bombing here. Smart Key? About as difficult to setup as can be. Second Driver? It’s like Kia didn’t know the concept existed. Interconnected Experience? Kia Connect Reps don’t have my name or address, yet the app does? Online Experience, different architect, limited features, slow. It took two hours to get me and my wife setup. I gave up on the keys.
