What I do not like Remote start: There is no option just to start the HVAC, you have to start the car. The car needs to be locked. Why not combine 2 functions - lock first, then start HVAC. After getting into the car and starting, a number of features do not work and need manual intervention: Auto setting for heated seats and steering wheel Phone no longer connects. Manual intervention needed to connect CarPlay (several taps) I have not been able to get scheduled HVAC going from the app. Multi-Information display is almost obstructed by steering wheel. And I am 6’2”. Steering-wheel buttons are crowded. Setting, canceling, resuming buttons are close together and I need to look at the wheel to find the right button. Audio volume is much easier with a knob… I had to restrict the upper range of the lift gate opening so it would not hit the garage door. Now I hit my head on the lift gate edge if I am not careful. My car came with only 1 key fob. Several months later still no 2nd fob. Heat takes a long time to come on. Lack of recording cameras, like Tesla. Knob to put in Drive or Reverse. Easy to select the wrong direction. Pushbuttons are easier. Only randomly is CarPlay activated when starting car. I only want Carplay. What I like Auto parking brake. Seats are comfortable. Easy to drive the car smoothly. Comfortable. Auto heated seats and steering wheel. Qi wireless charger Wireless CarPlay (will not buy a car without it) Rubber car mats. Overall comments: I like the car, but the interfaces in the Hyundai Kona Electric I had previously were better.

2015 Chevrolet Volt review
I am impressed with the Chevy Volt (2015) and have had no maintenance issues in 42000 miles mostly electric miles. I usually get about 45 miles electric range per charge which is adequate for my commute. The driving experience feels very solid and sporty with lots of power at any speed. The positive - money saved on gas. The negative - the back seat is a bit cramped but rarely used.

I drove 4 hours from out of state to come look at a Volkswagen. When I arrived they had the car defrosted and warmed up. While at the lot I spotted a Lexus and ended up looking into that car. I decided I wanted the car and Joe was very helpful and got the deal done. I was in and out and on the way back to Arkansas in about an hour from the time I decided this was the car I wanted. 2015 Nissan Leaf review
Ok so don't let the miles or lack of engin noise scare you and you'll be fine! Electric vehicles are different from a 2015 chevy spark that cost $300 per tire, $70 oil change and $15 gas in week to $3-5 to fill up if want to pay at walmart. Charges from normal 110v socket over night. Its a trade higher insurance avg 23% and plate cost vs oil and gas costs. It should balance out plus way more fun to drive knowing gas is not a factor and your wall plug is always in trunk!

2021 Audi e-tron review
Audi stayed true to its design and esthetics when it come to an electric vehicle. The car is very comfortable and totally feels like an Audi when driving. I especially like the interior and how unlike other ev there is not a giant tablet in the center of the car. I purchased the vehicle with all available options and have not regretted. The cabin is very quiet and isolates the road noise. The BO audio system is crystal clear. I typically drive locally so the range is sufficient for my weekly commute. Charging with level 2 at home is very easy and utilizing a fast charger out and about is typically 20mins. The car has plenty of power when you need it and all the smart functions such as lane assist and collision detection are very helpful. I would recommend the etron to anyone looking for an ev with luxury comfort and performance.

Riley Harmon created a flawless car-buying experience for me, even as an out-of-state buyer. As a life-long car enthusiast, I consider myself a demanding buyer. I know what I want from the car, and I want the car-buying experience to be fun by being easy. To ensure that, Riley was responsive, communicative, clear, friendly, professional, patient, and informative, among other things. He responded to every phone call, email, text message in a very reasonable time, and was clear in communication and explanation of their process. The car I bought was the only one in the country in the right color and options combo, which is why I was making the purchase from out-of-state. Not once did he pressure me in any way, despite the unique inventory. The Alfa Romeo I bought has been a life goal, but I wanted to remain rational about the major purchase, so not feeling pressured was important. I flew to Kansas City (my first visit) before the paperwork was completed due my late decision to move forward the previous day. Riley picked me up from the airport, no questions asked. I enjoyed the ride over to Aristocrat Motors while he told me about the city and its history, as well as about the dealership, its management and practices. I truly enjoyed that drive and already felt justified in my decision to make a trip to buy a car. When we pulled up to the dealership, I knew to expect a large, multi-brand campus. It was even nicer than I had expected. Given that the car was a life goal as well as having a sticker price double what I have ever paid for a car before, I was hoping for that ‘above and beyond’ sales experience you always see in commercial, but also knowing that the car I wanted was still a fraction of the most expensive cars that Aristocrat offers. What happened next sealed the deal. The car was not parked in a delivery area outside, not set up in a staging room inside the building; the car was in the middle of the prettiest, most impressive showroom room that I have ever seen, under a massive domed ceiling with indirect lighting, on a stoned floor, surrounded by other Alfas and Maseratis. I was blown away that this is how they treated me. After a quick test-drive just to make sure everything was in its right place, Riley reviewed the online paperwork and pricing that I had gone over the night before. Their online purchasing system is transparent. I could see everything I needed to in one spot, including selecting any applicable manufacturer discounts that applied on my own. The number he showed me matched what I saw the day before, no surprises. Now, the last step before a very long drive home, was the finance office. I was still expecting to walk into Ben Jones’ office and get hit with offers for last-chance, just-in-case add-ons; I was wrong. Ben rattled off the same numbers I saw at home, the same numbers I reviewed with Riley. A handful of signatures in what couldn’t have been longer than 5 minutes, and I was done. My head still spins at how fast that process was, as well as respectful of me as a buyer and my time. I walked out of the office, back over to my new car. Riley thanked me, gave me a parting gift then I quite literally drove off into the sunset. I almost cried looking around myself, seated in a beautiful new Alfa Romeo, with not a single regret nor speed bump to give me second thoughts. The sole thing left to be desired is an Aristocrat Motors location in my home area. Thank you so very much to Riley and all of the Aristocrat Motors staff, it was an absolute pleasure.

I recently had a challenging experience with my new Audi RS7 when it unexpectedly broke down and had to be towed. I initially contacted another Audi dealership, but they informed me they couldn’t even look at my car for two weeks. Frustrated & in a panic (my car was heading towards KS in a tow truck) I called Audi Shawnee Mission, and that’s when I was fortunate enough to speak with Michele M. in the service department. From the moment she answered the phone, Michele was incredibly understanding and soothing. She reassured me that they would take care of my car right away, even though the repairs turned out to be more extensive than anticipated but thankfully covered under warranty. What truly set Michele apart was her constant communication throughout the process. She kept me informed step-by-step, and if there was ever a question about something I had mentioned or requested, she made sure to clarify before proceeding. I found this attention to detail and respect for my preferences extremely professional and considerate. Now, my RS7 drives like a dream—better than ever, and I didn’t realize how much I was missing until it was repaired. While I hope I won’t need any significant repairs in the future, I know that for all my maintenance and service needs, Audi Shawnee Mission, and specifically Michele, will be my first choice. The care, respect, and understanding I received made a stressful situation much more manageable. Michele made me feel valued, not just another customer to be pushed aside. I’m truly grateful for the exceptional service I received.
2024 Audi Q8 e-tron review
I purchased my 2024 Audi Q8 E tron about 6 months ago. I wanted to get into an electric car and with the new Q8 update the time was right. When I purchased the car the demand for EV’s was still very high. Audi has some more incentives now that consumers can take advantage of. The SUV is a beautiful luxury vehicle that I highly recommend. I purchased the Prestige package which has everything including massaging seats, color changing interior LED lighting and some other lighting on the exterior. These SUV’s are not cheap but I did not want to regret Geary options so I chose the Prestige trim. The ride, attention to detail and style of this suv is amazing. I get compliments all the time. This is my first EV so I had to learn that you typically should keep the car charged between 20-80%. Keep this in mind when shopping for your EV. The EPA range listed for the Q8 Etron is around 290 miles on a full charge. My driving is a mix of city and highway and there is no way I could ever get anywhere close to that. On a full charge my range is about 240 miles. Now I will say if you drive exclusively in the city you will get better mileage as the car regenerates power with frequent braking. If you drive on highway above 70 mph you will see your mileage drop. So in conclusion I love this suv and it is beautifully put together but I would not recommend if you have to make long trips. We have a ICE car so we can use that for long trips.

From the moment I laid eyes on my 2025 Lucid Air Grand Touring, I knew this was something special. The beautiful and classy aerodynamic design immediately caught my attention, with its striking light signature and unique styling setting it apart from anything else on the road. Interior & Comfort – A Luxurious Haven Stepping inside, I was greeted by an exquisitely designed, driver-focused cabin. The materials, fit, and finish exude true luxury, and the beautifully isolated interior creates an oasis of comfort. The seating is exceptionally adjustable, allowing me to fine-tune my position for maximum support, making long commutes an absolute pleasure. Driving Dynamics – Performance Meets Refinement Having previously owned a BMW M850, I had concerns about switching brands, fearing that nothing would come close to the driving experience I was used to. However, Lucid exceeded my expectations. The three driving modes provide the perfect balance between efficiency, comfort, and exhilaration. The 819 horsepower is nothing short of breathtaking, delivering instantaneous acceleration that never fails to put a smile on my face. The handling is precise and confidence-inspiring, with steering sensitivity adjusting seamlessly based on the driving mode. Whether taking tight corners or cruising at high speeds, the car goes exactly where I want it to. Ride Comfort – Designed for Long Journeys Beyond its thrilling performance, the ride comfort is exceptional. The adaptive cruise control, whisper-quiet cabin, and premium sound system elevate every drive. Even with my daily long commute, I step out of the car feeling refreshed. Technology & Infotainment – Intuitive and Smart For the first time, I find myself actually using the native GPS system, which is so good that I no longer need Google Maps. Apple CarPlay works seamlessly, and the integrated streaming services ensure I always have access to the perfect soundtrack for any journey. Build Quality & Attention to Detail – Excellence in Every Inch Every aspect of this car screams quality. The materials, finishes, and overall craftsmanship are top-tier, with ambient lighting adding a touch of sophistication. Every time I step inside, I admire the meticulous attention to detail that went into designing this car. Range & Charging – Living Up to Expectations The real-world range has been close to the advertised numbers, which is impressive given my driving habits. Charging speeds vary depending on the station and how I’ve been driving, but overall, I am very pleased with the efficiency and ease of recharging. Standout Features – More Than Just a Car The generous legroom in both front and rear, the stunning exterior design, and the ample trunk and frunk space make this car as practical as it is beautiful. Opting for the 21-inch wheels was the right decision—they enhance handling, road feel, and overall driving dynamics while also elevating the car’s appearance. Areas for Improvement – A Work in Progress Some people mention ease of entry and exit, but I personally have had no issues. The AI Voice Assistant could integrate better, but I know Lucid is actively improving it and will push updates over the air, so I have no concerns there. Final Verdict – A Game-Changer After owning Mercedes and multiple BMW models (M550, M850, 330, i4), I can confidently say that switching to Lucid was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. This car has completely redefined my expectations, and I am fully committed to the Lucid brand for as long as I can be. The 2025 Lucid Air Grand Touring is not just a car—it’s an experience, a statement, and a benchmark for modern luxury and performance.

2020 Tesla Model S review
I really like my Model S Long Range. I purchased it new in June 2020 and have had minor issues that were resolved quickly and with no hassle. When my left, thumb control stopped responding, I schedule a repair in my app. The mobile repair technician came to my house on the appointed day to replace it. The mobile repair guy has come by my work to rotate my tires too. Since I purchased my car under a promotion, I have free, unlimited Supercharging for the life of the car. Driving for free is an extra benefit that makes this car a dream to own.

2024 BMW iX review
I love this car, it has all the bells and whistles of a luxury car and a 300 mile range, full electric. I had the level 2 charger hooked up at my house and haven't been to the gas station since! This car does things I didn't even know it does--it can parallel park itself, pull out of a parking position by itself by using your phone (if you are parked too close to other vehicles to open door or if the car is in a muddy spot). After driving up to my gate callbox a few times (the clicker doesn't work so I have to enter the code) the car noticed I rolled the window down at that location, and asked if I'd like to have it automatically lower when we approach (which I do)! I love being able to put my foot under the hatchback if my hands are full and the trunk opening automatically. I was worried about running out of a charge, and granted, I haven't gone on any long trips yet, but charging overnight at home works perfectly fine for day to day usage. It is an expensive car, but I got a great deal leasing it and I think it's worth it. Slightly less trunk space than the x5 which I had before this, but as my kids have grown and moved out, I don't really need it as much. Surprising amount of torque--my husband was impressed.

2018 Tesla Model S review
After living in a city and not owning a car for 10 years, this has been a pretty amazing car since my first ‘99 Mitsubishi Eclipse. I bought my 2018 Tesla S 75D used in April 2021 for $52k with about 35k miles on it. I saw similar models go for as high as 65k when used car prices went berzerk shortly after and now down to the 30s… But what I love about my car, that is a unique option for 2018, is having both the retractable sunroof and FSD capability. 2018, if my memory is correct, it is the last year a sunroof was available and the first year that the car had the hardware to handle FSD level software. And speaking of FSD, I do think calling it “Full Self Driving” is not really an appropriate description, it still gets a lot closer to autonomous than any other car brand out there currently (Jan 2024), and I don’t think it gets the credit it deserves. I can’t/shouldn’t lose focus of the road, but it does make longer drives a breeze. I don’t trust it completely and sometimes I intervene at times, but for the most part it takes a lot less mental energy out of driving and makes it that much more enjoyable. It’s as close to being a passenger while driving as I’ve gotten. As far as cons, I don’t have the long range battery and I live in the NYC area so when it is cold out especially, I might only get 3/4 of the estimated miles in actual miles. Fortunately it is garage kept at an apt building and probably doesn’t get below 50 degrees in there, and I lay $40/mo fixed to use the shared EV chargers in the building. There’s only few times I’m going on long enough drives to need to charge as long as I remember to charge it fully before going…. But looking back, I do think the longer range option would have been worthwhile. Some other highlights/things I like: - Premium sound option is great, has a small sub on the trunk and high quality mid/high end with a good EQ, so you tweak it to your liking and the quality will hold up all the way to level 11 (a Spinal Tap reference and one of many, many “easter eggs”). - This year was before the yolk steering wheel and pop out screen.. The screen in this year is gigantic, and the brightness adjustments and dark mode option make it less distracting than it sounds. - It’s FAST. I don’t have the ludacrous mode option but it’s still 0-60 in 4.2, and is oh so smooth and quiet on its way up. It also has a lot of “jerk” when you’re wanting to go from 40-60 or something like that too. (Fun math nerd fact- Jerk is the 2nd derivative of velocity and first derivative of acceleration. It’s how quickly acceleration accelerates.) - It’s a big car. The passenger space feels more like a 7 series BMW than a 5 series. And since it’s a hatchback style, it can haul a lot of stuff and some larger items more easily when you fold down the back row. Overall, I think it’s the best sedan on the market, and until another brand matches or surpasses Tesla’s “autopilot” capabilities, I’ll hold onto mine for as long as I can.

I picked up my Polestar 3, single motor long range, less than a month ago on a lease program with lots of incentives. It has been a great car to drive and it does get great range, 350 miles, on a charge. The Jupiter paint is unique and the first of its kind in the Southeast region. Wool blend seats are very comfortable. It has plenty of pick up and handles very well . I am very impressed. As a Volvo owner since 1974, there is a lot of Volvo in the Polestar. The 3 is built in the Volvo Ridgeville, SC plant so there was no tariff worries. I highly recommend this car!

2020 Tesla Model S review
I had my Tesla S for about four months now. Its a great car. Have a Nemi 14-50 outlet in the garage for 40 amps. It charges faster than what the appl. says. Autopilot is about 80% self driving and is great in traffic. I don't think the extra $200 for FSD is worth it. It quiet and powerful. I go 150 to 175 miles between charges on a longer trip. Plenty of charge stations around
