I just bought a 2019 GLA from Vasil. I am in LOVE with the car and Vasil made the process so easy! He even secured the car for me before it had arrived to the US. Vasil patiently answered my millions of questions and followed up after I took the car home to make sure everything was as it should be. I traveled across the state to deal with Vasil and plan to do the same when I'm ready for my next Mercedes.

Chris is a straight shooter and quickly located the vehicle that I was considering. Chris and team were very thorough in terms of ???new car on boarding??? since technology has changed dramatically over the past several years. I would highly recommend this dealership.

We had in mind to buy Lexus RX350 and went to Mercedes-Benz of Princeton to take a look into GLE350. After we met Chris Popin we have slowly started building confidence that GLE350 is the best car and for the better price. He gave excellent overview and represented us to get best deal for us. If he is not the sales person, we should not have gone for GLE350. He is an Awesome person with lots of positive approach.
We were VERY pleased with our experience at M-B of Princeton! Arno Orsini was FANTASTIC, very knowledgeable, supportive and professional. No pressure, no hype, just thoughtful listening and problem solving. Also Robert Lisi gave us excellent orientation/training on the features of our new E-Class. We'll be back to M-B of Princeton.

The best car buying experience ever. I ordered a white 2019 X3 and when it was already 3 weeks into production I decided I wanted to change the color to black. The dealership said no problem as we will put it in the showroom and we will sell it anyway. Next my car came in with the right color but incorrect trim. Again they stood behind their mistake and said no problem. They ordered me in a fresh vehicle and I received it within 3 weeks. My old car had depreciated in the process however both Mark K. my salesman and Nick D. the sales manager stood behind their word and worked everything out, gave me the same trade-in value and made sure they stood by the numbers originally quoted! They made the whole buying process extremely easy and their BMW genius Safe is amazing as well and spent a lot of time with me going over the vehicle. I am in love with my new car and will be purchasing many more BMW's in my future and I will never look elsewhere! You will leave this dealership knowing that you made the right choice as they are honest, trustworthy and have integrity! Thanks again to everyone at mainline BMW!
Just left BMW of the Main Line for yet another Seamless Service Visit! I Applaud them for the Insite in hiring Top Notch service minded Staff. My Service Agent, Bill Sampson is the reason I am and will always be a loyal BMW of the Main Line Customer! This guy not only "Gets It" he makes each and every client his Priority! I could not have been more happier with my experience at this dealership. I found a pre-owned BMW 328i with low miles and a clean carfax report. It was a simple buying experience. I did most of the process before I even went to the dealership. This was my first time at this dealership and it was beautiful. Multi level with elevators so I didn't even have to walk up the steps. This was a huge benefit with my bad back and knees. Lastly, the general manager, Joe Serock even came out and said hello. All in all, great experience and I'd recommend this store to anyone I know. I have never had better care then I received at BMW Main Line. I have had three very stressful situations with my car and every time they put me at ease and took care of the problem. They even offered to drive me to my house in Delaware to pick up my car or to drop me off. They go above and beyond service. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.
With a bit a creative financing Matthew was able to allow me to upgrade to a vehicle that initially, potentially seemed to be out of reach. He also allowed me out get out of my current lease two months early. All the details of turning in my old vehicle were taken care of. I was very pleased.
Tony Watson and Mike Valentino in Service department are great to deal with. Did an awesome job on how they made sure my Audi RS5 was fully wrapped in plastic before performing work. It was like a surgical procedure was being done on my car. Tony kept me informed on when my car would be ready and had loaner car waiting for me when I arrived. Just awesome people to deal with.
