I was asking for at least a discount and Ken called me and said “ F that!” And got me into brand new tires. This is my 3rd car purchase and by far I’d recommend anyone to make the drive here because they have guys like Ken taking care of you who really do care. Other than that the buying process was seemless and the place was clean.

The technology is alot to learn and try the dealerships technician was very helpful and helped me understand how everything works and what is will do to help you stay in your lane. I purchased a pre-owned Ford F150 from Capital Ford of Charlotte NC in Dec 2024, Criag Smith was my salesperson, he was very cordial and professional. Purchasing an expensive vehicle online can be a frustrating experience, only seeing pictures of the vehicle but not actually being there means you really have to trust your salesperson. Craig sent all the pictures of the vehicle I asked for and he kept me updated on the purchasing process. We also had a live Skype video where he demonstrated all the features and verified that everything I was concerned about, worked perfectly. The vehicle was shipped to me in a completely enclosed box trailer, so it arrived clean and free from any damage. Everything Craig said about the vehicle was correct, he said it was a beautiful truck, and he was right. Although Craig did a great job in presenting the vehicle, I gave them 4 stars due to a financing misunderstanding.

Love the 2022 bronco 2 door hard top . The one I have is not my order but I wouldn't give it up for my order . Mpg is around 18 mpg . It rides better then a jeep and has more room then a jeep .

We visited Nodine motors specifically to look at the small Cadillac SUV that has a telescoping steering wheel. Scoliosis has shortened my torso, but I have really long legs and I had been having visibility issues with my Honda Crosstour. As soon as I sat in the Cadillac I could see it wasn't going to work. Angela surveyed the situation and proceeded to check on some other SUV's she had in stock and came up with a Lexus 350 that was a perfect fit, and in our price range. Not only that, but even with 100,000 miles on it the car looks brand new - inside and out. (Really careful exam reveals a few tiny insignificant blemishes.) We did not pay a penny that day (late Friday afternoon), and Angela accepted the Honda as a temporary down payment. She took care of transferring my handicapped plate from the Honda to the Lexus and on Monday she worked with our credit union in California (we had a pre-approved loan) to complete the transaction. Final frosting on the cake - Angela drove us to lunch (it was raining and I have decreased mobility) and picked us up!! I challenge any other used car dealer to deliver that kind of customer service.
