If you go here, ask for Madison! She made us feel like we were the most important customers and was quick to give suggestions and answers. I went in with a lot of knowledge on what I was looking for, but she knew enough about the truck I mentioned to suggest other models that would fit my needs as well. She is very compassionate, knowledgable and professional. Sam also assisted in our sales process and was very knowledgeable and friendly. When it came time to discuss finances with the floor manager who spends 30 seconds giving a price on used cars, I almost walked away. I was lied to and insulted significantly, regarding our trade-ins and knowledge on pricing. We felt we were given the run-around and, had my fiancé not stepped in to mediate the conversation, I would have walked away and withdrawn the idea of ever purchasing a truck from this Murfreesboro GMC dealer. We also got home and found that our loan had been written for $2,000 higher than we agreed to - luckily they fixed it, but what if I hadn't caught that? Overall I am glad I purchased from this dealer, but I think my positive outlook on it would have been much different if we hadn't started off on the right foot with Madison.

2023 Ford Bronco review
I always wanted a Jeep or thought I did. My salesperson at Haag Ford in Lawrenceburg, IN, Jim Fuchs, told me to wait until the full size Bronco came out because he said you will really like it compared to a Jeep. He was totally right. 2023 Ford Bronco review
I love my 2023 Wildtrack. No issues. A little wind noise, but I think its to be expected in an SUV that I can take all the bits and pieces off(hard top, doors,etc). It is a toy for me and not my daily(I have a TRD Pro Seqioua for that) and I have a lot of fun driving her. I waited 3 years for her and will keep her forever.

They were honest, promised and delivered assistance in case something isn’t as expected upon delivery. I had a small cleanliness issue, but they took care of that immediately as promised. They have great customer service, Silas, Andre and Lexi are great people in general and they were great to work with, exactly what you would want from a dealership! I highly recommend purchasing through them, I would totally do it again!

2023 Ford Bronco review
I have a Sasquatch Outer Banks and love it. The ride is smooth and the seats are comfortable. Very minimal road noise between the two windows on each side which is only heard when the music isn’t on. A lot of features with the premium package, some of which I haven’t explored yet. Despite non-owners’ complaints about a bronco riding rough, it can’t be further from the truth. The Outer Banks trim is really and comfortable. Gas mileage is acceptable with the Sasquatch. A lot of easy to use and within hands reach features. I am extremely happy with my purchase with no complaints. Two nice features with purchasing a Bronco is the Ford Pass mobile app and the Moab learn to use your vehicle classes.

Lauren communicated with me in a timely and professional manner. I never had to call and feel like I was being a pest. My vehicle was repaired perfectly. Lauren was friendly, knowledgeable, and so nice to work with. It's so nice to be treated well and know your vehicle is repaired properly. 2023 Ford Bronco review
I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.
