After 2 years of service at Brunswick Auto Mart it was time to replace our 2012 Toy Sienna. I was guided through the process by Dominic Diliberto. He made the time available for me prior to the official opening of the sales department and met with me again for test drives. We bought a 2018 Toy Sienna XLE. He made sure the car was ready to go and had been prepped to our expectations. The deal was signed and delivered by Teri Mateo the Sales Manager. The staff in the service department is always efficient and courteous. They take care of my vehicle and keep it in tip top shape. They even fit me in when there are emergencies that need taken care of, right away!
I have dealt with a lot of salesman in my time and I have to say Ed made this process totally effortless. He went above and beyond by finding the right SUV for me and knowing everything about it. He was so nice. He went out of his way to get me what I wanted for my trade. He even gave me a gift just because. I have never left a dealership by hugging my salesman but I just had to do it! This Ford Edge is a very nice right with great features. I love the Magnetic Gray color with the black interior. Best vehicle I have purchased.
I never knew buying a car could be so easy! I was looking for a nice used vehicle, when I came across National Car Mart. I never heard of this dealership but I’m so glad I found them. Larry Bauer was the friendliest and most helpful salesman ever. I purchased a 2006 Trailblazer with decent mileage, great body, for a great price. They repaired an issue with the Trailblazer before I drove it off the lot and will be detailing it for me. I highly recommend Larry at National Car Mart.
I cannot speak highly enough for the attitudes, quality, and experience that my wife and I received at Michael Ray. The car was exactly how the pictures showed it to be, they were generous with letting us drive it around for as long as we wanted, and gave us a very generous trade-in credit for our car. We didn't know if we'd be buying a car that day, but we were thrilled to drive one of their vehicles home. We expressed concerns about one small issue with the car at time of purchase and they happily sent us over to a local mechanic's store to resolve the issue as part of the purchase price. That company was equally as professional and skilled and the whole experience made us feel like we were well taken care of. I would 100% recommend this company to my friends whenever they are in the market for a used vehicle. It's been....3? 4? weeks now since purchase, my wife loves driving it, and it hasn't spontaneously blown up or fallen apart on the road or made me think for one minute that the car is anything less than a stable and comfortable vehicle. Great comfort front and back seats. Display is large enough to see while driving without taking eyes off road to focus....navigation awful. Takes me past places I am looking for, when I use voice commands it calls wrong people, also some buttons so small you really need to make sure you get familiar with vehicle so you can press when needed. Once in a while I detect a hesitation with the tranny, but then it picks up speed again. Trunk one button great feature, twice I stood by it with keys in hand and it started closing on me, I lived. Yes great vehicle. I feel secure and comfortable.

This is the first domestic car I've owned in 30 years and boy do I love it. I've had Saab, Mini, Acura, Volvo and none of them compared to my Edge.

This review is for a 2016 Edge Titanium v6. I had a loaner 4cyl turbo earlier in the year and found the power lacking. The v6 provides plenty of power off the line and in highway passing situations. It is EXTREMELY quiet. It handles well, much like the Fusion which shares this platform. The interior is very nice -- Sync 3 is a marked improvement over the previous iteration. I was very impressed by the amount of storage for front passengers. Note: my previous vehicle was an Expedition. The only knock: I hate the trend of increasingly high door sills. My vehicle has the BLIS system. I would not by an Edge without this as visibility is no where near that of the Expedition. Also, I'm not a fan of the rear lights. They look like someone gave the truck a wedgie.

Room and safety for family. We have two kids both with car seats and there is plenty of room. All wheel drive works in snow (WV winter tested). Plenty of cargo room. Can handle four adults comfortably as well. A bit pricey out of dealership, but hope it lasts to make up for that.
Great service dept. Great people. They will take care of your vehicle and leave it cleaner than when you bring it into the dealership
Id buy another one in a heart beat if I had to

Ive had the 2016 Edge SELa month now and absolutely love it. Theres not much more Id want out of a vehicle. Im a fat xxxxxxx used to getting in and out of a lifted Excursion, but I get in and out just fine, plenty of headroom, comfortable seating, plenty of storage for fishing and camping crap as well as groceries, back seat theres enough room for passengers to be comfortable, drives very well, comfortable ride, plenty of zip to it. Brakes do grab a bit, but you get used to that and adjust your driving style like you would any other vehicle. Im very happy with it, and look forward to the next ten years at least driving it.
