I have never been to a dealership like Dave Littleton and I mean that in a good way. This dealer has no overhead & that's awesome because you deal with one person the whole time. I didn't feel like I was paying for an over the top dealership, and I wasn't going through an assembly line of people just to buy a truck. I was not just another number. The best way to describe it is... it is like I went to my aunt's house to visit & ended up walking away with an great truck. The staff is low pressure & dress like normal people. I felt like I did more then buy a truck, I became a part of the family at Dave Littleton. Overall, it was the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had!

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. The vehicle was clean, just as described, and runs great. Now I just need to get a state inspection and add this to my insurance policy, and the tags will be mailed to me in a few weeks. The legroom in both front and back is remarkable. I do wish the seats were a little wider and deeper for the driver but that's a very minor issue. I especially like the quiet ride and the fast pickup from the engine.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. I actually went to buy an explorer and once I drove the edge I was sold. Has alot of leg room and it has all the luxuries I had in my previous vehicle. I love how it hugs the road as well as the feel of safety driving it. I would highly recommend the Ford edge .

I traded my 2007 Ford Edge on a new 2018 Ford Edge SE and I couldn't be happier. I just hope it ends up being as great of a car as my 2007 model was. I feel like I got a steal of a deal considering they were wanting to move the last of the last 2018's to make room for the 2020's that will be coming out next. My SE has everything I need and I love, love, love this car! I am so glad I was able to get a white/black one which is exactly what I wanted. There was never any question after driving my 2007 for over 8 years with no problems what my next car would be. I walked out of that dealership feeling like a winner!

This car (2019 Ford Edge Titanium 2WD) has surprised me in the power and handling it has. Easy to merge on Interstates with short entry ramps, great handling, lots of cargo space. It has taken a bit to get us to the placement of all the controls, having moved from a 2016 Prius. The infotainment center is excellent and the Sync 3 system is easy to use. If you are looking for a new (or late model) vehicle, you really should consider looking at an Edge.

Ive seen some negative reviews on this site. But most you can just tell were difficult customers. We are on our 5th (or 6th) car from DANA. 2017 FORD EDGE SPORT. For my wife. 4 of them from SHAUNNA. My 3 year lease with Toyota was coming to an end so I was on the hunt for the perfect replacement. I wanted to maintain a similar lease - 3 yr - 12K mile - but find a nicer car and not pay too much more than I was already paying. I wanted a similar style RWD or AWD sports car with a nicer interior, more horsepower, and more torque. I had been test driving all different makes and models in the $25-30K price range for my new lease. The mustang was not in consideration because I thought only an 8 cylinder is the way to go...but I cannot afford one. I happened to be nearby the dealership picking up my girlfriend's 2015 Nissan Murano from its first 5K service and I said "you know what? - I should look at the 6cyl mustang while I am here...just in case". I walked into Ford and saw Paul Scheuing was available. He was happy to help. I could tell that I liked Paul right away. Very nice guy. Very informative. Eager to help. Just as excited about finding a suitable Mustang as I was. I asked to test drive the 6cyl in stick shift. He informed me that the new 4cyl has higher horsepower and more torque than the 6cyl for a sticker price of only about $1000 more. Say no more! More horse and more torque than the 6 - I'd rather the 4 then. Horsepower and Torque were 2 of my most important qualities I was looking for. He offered to let me test drive the 4cyl in manual. Premium package, so it had a much nicer interior than my current Scion FRS. Behold! - my search was over. After a few minutes on a test drive, I could tell this was the way to go....a turbocharged 4cyl Mustang with nice leather interior. Same gas mileage as my current lease, more horse, more torque, nicer interior...similar sticker price. It was everything I was looking for in a new lease. After careful consideration, I was likely going to lease the exact car I test drove, but already, within 24 hours, it was sold to a dealership in Long Island. Bummer. However, it did have 1300 dollars worth of features I did not really need. Over the next few days Paul helped me find the exact car I wanted...and it was even less expensive than the one I test drove. It even had the red leather interior that I really wanted. The original car did not. Paul was amazing during the whole process. He helped me get the monthly numbers closer to where I needed to be. Also, interactions with Jim O'Brien and Chris Messina helped make me feel right at home with Ditschman Ford. Everyone was extremely responsive. Very nice people. Within a few days we had found the car, ordered it, signed the paperwork and drove off the lot in my new dream car (that I could actually afford). The process was nice and easy. I did my best as a consumer to make smart informed decisions and they did a great job of answering all the questions and got me into the right car. Thanks guys.

I recently leased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee and came to the dealership with a predicament. I had thought I was only 400 miles away from being over and had about 9 months left on my lease. Turns out that I only had 10,500 a year instead of the 12,000 I thought I had (thanks Dana Ford in Staten Island for screwing that up!). Even with all of that they were able to work out a fair deal and I left happy with my brand new car! My only qualm was that it took a very long time (was there 5 hours), but that happens with leasing a new car so not too upset about that. Overall I would highly recommend the dealership and it's staff at both Jeep and Ford.

I was set on finding an F150 Regular Cab, 5.0 XLT with as many options as possible and stay within my budget. I expanded my search from 500mi radius of Kansas City to nation wide. Found three that met my criteria. I liked the Ditschman truck very low miles lots of options the others were brand new with fewer options and a few dollars more. Since the Ditschman truck only had 650 miles on it I made an offer on the internet. About 15 minutes later Bryann Moninghoff advised they accepted my offer no counter no nonsense. I worked with Bryann and Chris Tommins that Thursday June 29th to be in New Jersey Saturday afternoon July 1st. I flew into Philadelphia and Dan from the Ditschman picked me up at the airport and got me back to Flemington in good time. As the paperwork and details were being worked out with Chris and Dennis O'Brien [which went seamlessly], Bryann and Sales Manager Pete Chicarelli introduced themselves. They were a pleasure to meet. I drove off the lot in my new truck feeling like I got a GREAT DEAL, treated like a valued customer and wishing I lived in New Jersey if the whole state was like my Ditschman Ford experience. Chris Timmons has a bright future in the business as demonstrated by his customer service skills. It was happenstance I ended up buying a truck at Ditschman/Flemington Ford but couldn't imagine a better transaction. THANKS to all mentioned above. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I have had two Ford Edge cars and they both have been terrific. The first was a loaded SEL with V6 and the latest is the Titanium luxury trim with 2.0L V4 with echo boost. Was concerned initially the V4 with echoboost wouldn’t have enough power but so far I can’t tell the difference from the V6. The lumbar support for both driver and passenger is great and heated seats and steering wheel makes driving in winter comfortable. The stereo with 12 speakers makes listening to music enjoyable. Rides smooth. Never have had a mechanical problem. Great car!
