Last August I brought a 2015 Mercedes from this company, The sales person didn't Have any knowledge about the vehicle all the sales people left me in the office alone while they when to the back room very unprofessional.
Just wanted to let others know about my experience. I was shopping for a car and came across this dealership. The staff there was very help I purchased a 2004 Dodge grand caravan a for the family it runs excellent and we love it.. The salesman Robbie treated us like his own family and helped with the whole process in getting the best rate on insurance, and doing all of our motor vehicle registration. Thank you we found our dealer for future purchases.
Always a great experience dealing with salesmen at Wayne Acura. I just recently purchased an Acura RDX and I’m extremely excited about my new car! I especially would like to mention our salesman, Pedro Diaz, who is very friendly and extremely helpful. He often calls to see if we have any questions or concerns about my new car! I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! My business transaction of the ca purchase went very well with one exception, they promised to detail he vehicle but it was only washed. I would have addressed my complaint but I had a prior engagement and did not have the time to wait at the dealership. So far so good with the vehicle. In conclusion I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.
I took the 1 hour trip to this dealership on 11/24/18 after doing hours worth of research on the one, specific vehicle that I was looking for (2014 Mercedes-Benz GL 550) with them having one in stock. Finding this specific vehicle for sale is extremely rare as I only located approximately 20 within a 500 mile radius. I completed an online information request the day before and within minutes of sending same I was contacted by phone by brand specialist, Stephen Dorn. Mr. Dorn confirmed that the vehicle was in stock and available for viewing and a test ride. Considering that this vehicle was the exact year, color, had all the options desired, and its general new appearance and what I would consider very fairly, competitively priced and I made the appointment to view same immediately the next day. Upon arrival, Mr. Dorn retrieved the vehicle and it was exactly as described. It appeared to be in like-new condition and didn't take long for me to agree to purchase it. Mr. Dorn was extremely professional and courteous throughout the process. I then secured financing through Barry Crincoli on site. I've owned many vehicles but this is by far the one that I have been most excited to own! Thanks to Stephen and Barry for making it happen!!

For example I own a JEEP and deal with Bayside Dodge... they are the worst of the worst... yet with Scarsdale Ford I am welcomed, feel like I am treated properly, know the mechanics are of strong quality and they are HONEST. Louie in Cust.Service is EXCELLENT and they maintain my vehicle very good!
Having used Scarsdale Ford Parts & Service for my 2007 Escape (not bought there), I was pleased to buy my new 2018 Escape there. Though it is not a super-large dealership, they do everything the larger places do, plus a bit more. My salesperson was terrific and knew almost everything about the car. I’m very picky and when I asked if the car needed premium gas, she even double-checked with service people (other dealerships said yes—which it doesn’t). Additionally, they have a lot of loaner cars available, which is helpful for service issues.
The pricing was competitive—and slightly better than I expected. Since I have used heir parts and service on my 2007 Escape, I am already anticipating an easy service situation.
I recently was in the market for a Ram truck, after a short conversation about what I wanted, the salesman and general manager found me exactly what I was asking for and gave me the best deal I could find in the tri-state area. They were upfront and honest about the offer and didn't try to stretch my budget. I was super happy and will purchase all future cars/trucks through this dealership. They exceeded my expectations at every turn.
