Looking for good gas mileage and comfort. Also, looking for closer place to get service which Raabe provided. The reliability of the vehicle was also a consideration.

2019 Ford Escape review
I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

DriveTime of Glen Burnie review
Terri Anistead was a warm, professional and wonderful salesman. I was impressed with the no mess no fuss flow of the overall process. I was able to say what I want to put down, what price range I want to stay in. Terri followed my ques and not the other way around. What a pleasure. I had a family member go through drive time and I was not sure if it was a good choice. I can see why they picked Drive Time. Thumbs up!

Koons Ford of AnnapolisReviews
Koons Ford of Annapolis review
Caleb and Justin worked with me to get my 2 Ford trucks serviced in an efficient way instead of having to get extra rides I dropped off 1st with a ride but then dropped 2nd off and picked up 1st eliminating need for 2 extra rides. They both were very pleasant and took care of the needs I wanted w/o trying to get me to have unnecessary work done. I was not going to have service done at dealership except for need to have 3 recalls dealt with. After this experience I am very likely to return to Koons Ford of Annapolis for future service needs. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional experience!!!

CarMax Ellicott CityReviews
CarMax Ellicott City review
Michael Henry is an excellent salesman! He listened and worked hard to get me the car I was looking for.... of course I did my research to know what I was looking for .... and more importantly, he found the car at the price I was looking for! 5 stars to Michael! Make sure he’s the person you use to find you the right car for the right price! He was very patient, professional and mindful! I also appreciate the length Carmax agreed to go to to ensure I was satisfied with the Vehicle to fix needed repairs. I give them 3.5-4 stars for that. I did not like the loaner car that Service put me... it was not good to borer line okay.
2019 Ford Escape review
Love this car. It is my first time owning an SUV and it is great. Meets all comfort & convenience requirements . Probably my most enjoyed is elevated seating provided by an SUV. Also enjoy heated seats now that I am older.

Autos Direct of Fredericksburg - LafayetteReviews
Autos Direct of Fredericksburg - Lafayette review
Five-Star Review for Autos Direct of Fredericksburg, VA I recently purchased a vehicle from Autos Direct of Fredericksburg, and I can confidently say it was one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. From start to finish, Gary and his team demonstrated professionalism, clarity, and an unmatched level of customer care. Gary took the time to walk me through every step of the process with ease and transparency. What stood out most was his genuine approach to customer service—he made me feel like more than just a sale. I left not only with the exact vehicle I came for, but also with deep appreciation for how seamless and respectful the experience was. Even after the sale, Gary went above and beyond to assist with a small but important request related to my trade-in. His follow-through and attention to detail truly reflect the dealership’s values. If you’re looking for a trustworthy team, great vehicles, and exceptional service, I highly recommend Autos Direct Fredericksburg. Ask for Gary—you won’t be disappointed.
