Terryn provided a flawless experience with consistent communication, follow ups, providing videos and info of the vehicle and even going out of his way to not just make the sale, but instead check to see if I was satisfied with the truck and the process. Most car dealers and Sales reps don't have that genuine sense of customer rapport or high level of service quality standards. But Terryn and the team at Gordie Boucher have exactly that. I purchased new nine months ago. No problems. Lots of good options. Good mileage. Up to 35 mpg on highway using cruise control. Acceleration is excellent. A lot of room for a small suv. The only thing I don't like is the dial shifter. I prefer a stick. In my opinion this is an excellent all around suv. It doesn't do everything and it doesn't please everyone but show me a car that does. I would recommend it.

I’m really enjoying my 2022 Ford Escape SE more than I expected. This SUV is new to me having purchased “used” at 4500 miles just 3 weeks ago. It’s mainly used for my work commute. We just finished a trip we take several times per year and what comfort and performance! The several drive modes - normal, eco, sport and slippery roads - really make a difference in response, feel and performance. I used eco mode for the 350 mile trip home and confirm an incredible range of well over 500 miles on a 16 gallon tank. This is not a hybrid! This shreds the performance of our well-liked 2015 escape that gets about 350-400 mile range on the same size tank. The turning radius of my 2022 is noticeably improved over our 2015 model. The headlights with auto high beam is a real treat too. The heated seats are excellent & improved over our 2015 for fast heating & comfort that goes beyond the seat to the seat back as well. I’m looking forward to owning this SUV for many years.

We couldn’t find a price that was going to work for me, but we kept talking for 5 more days, and they kept working harder and harder to get the truck to me at the price I needed it. My experience w/Highland Park Lincoln has been quite satisfactory....expecially the Service Department. But, it is a thirty seven mile drive to get there.

This is a longer review, so you may want to find a comfy chair and get settled. Hydrate if needed. Stretch first. We’ll wait. We came in to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee and somehow walked out with so much more — including a valuable life lesson about always accepting free popcorn. Let’s start with our salesman, Jake. He was refreshingly… normal. Not pushy. Not lurking. Not hiding behind a potted plant waiting to pounce. We were originally just at the dealership to get our old clunker serviced, and Jake bravely approached and asked if we needed anything. From there, we had the usual small talk, test drives, and all the classic “so what do you think of this one?” moments. They didn’t have the exact Jeep we wanted, so they went out and got the one that checked all of our boxes. Jake got it to us almost as fast as a Jimmy John’s sandwich which is impressive considering this was an entire vehicle and not a turkey sub. Then came everyone’s favorite part of buying a vehicle — the financial reality portion of the program. You know it’s about to begin when they offer comfort items like popcorn, water and soda. That’s when you realize this is not a negotiation… this is emotional support snacking. For reasons we still cannot explain, we declined the popcorn and bravely entered the pricing discussion unprotected. During our otherwise calm back-and-forth conversation, a nearby customer began expressing their feelings… loudly… and with extremely creative vocabulary. We’re talking colorful. You could have painted a full mural with this guy’s monologue. If passion were measurable in decibels, this guy was setting records. This is when we realized our true mistake — which had nothing to do with buying the Jeep… and everything to do with declining the popcorn - as we were clearly also getting a live theater performance. The entire staff handled the situation with impressive calm, professionalism, and patience. Special shout-out to Brandon for composure that deserves its own award. Possibly a medal. Maybe a parade. A few days later, it was time to sign on the dotted line — which brought us to Bob. Bob was so entertaining and engaging that we temporarily forgot we were making a large financial commitment. I’m fairly certain that’s a rare and valuable skill that has been crafted over many years in the car business. Before you know it, Bob will even have you signed up for the VFW and guitar lessons. He’s that skilled. Finally, pickup day arrived. This time we were prepared. No more popcorn-related regret. We secured the Jeep… and the popcorn. Order has been restored. Lessons have been learned. Highly recommend Jake, the entire team at Miller Motors, and the popcorn.

An amazing experience! Once arrived I was greeted and given a beverage of choice. Then since a majority of technical information was completed via online portals, was able to sit down and do “paperwork” for less than an hour. For one this made the part I dread the absolute most, an absolute breeze. In addition, I absolutely loved how there wasn’t any pressure to make the purchase or not. It was as if I was buying a car from family! I highly recommend this dealership and will be going here moving forward for future cars!
