On Tuesday, April 39, 2024 I brought my 2020 Ford Explorer in for CV Axle warranty work. I went straight to Nico as I have had him help me on previous occasions. Too my great appreciation, he gave me the Best Service again. My problem was that I was leaving for out of town the next Monday and I needed the work completed by then. He got right on it, did the paperwork, ushered it through the Warranty process and he had me all fixed up and ready at Noon on Friday, May 3rd. It is nice to have a Service Representative like Nico to help your customers out. Ron Welte
2023 Ford Escape review
In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.

2023 Ford Escape review
For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

Walked in to the dealership had an apt they seemed really busy. They had me wait for an available salesman after 8-10 minutes a gentleman by the name Keith started to help us I had to use the barhroom first then someone from the dealer called if I was here I said yes I’m working with Keith . As soon as I got out of the bathroom Keith wanted all my info to check me into the showroom he said. He didn’t wanna talk about the car I’m interested of nothing he said he had to do that first . I bought one new car and traded it later on a used car from Metro. Some of these bad reviews confounding. They always gave me great service. Both cars were excellent deals. Time it right with Ford promotions and you'll be surprised what they can do. Repairs in a busy shop need appointments. If a shop isn't busy, avoid it. I do wish they had a Saturday express oil change service though.

I drove from Brown Deer Wisconsin and just bought a 2019 Lincoln MKC Premier suv and I have to say that the sales person Mr. Alfred Hall was Amazing. He not only sold me a loaded and clean MKC he wanted to make sure that I downloaded the Lincoln App and showed me all the Great Features that this car had to offer me. I was sold when he told me it had remote start but I had no idea the many fantastic features that I didn't know existed, he pointed them out. He made sure I was okay with the figures on my contract as well as he placed my new license plates on the car. I know without a doubt that I could Not get that type of service anywhere else accept with Mr. Hall. And I must say the facility is bright and cheery and an inviting place to speak to someone about purchasing a car.
