We had a great experience at this dealership last week and worked with Tanner Westbury. Tanner was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire trade and new car purchase run smoothly. If you are in the market for a new vehicle we would highly recommend reaching out to Tanner Westbury. Amazing customer service from GM Tony Tretter too. The team at Badger Chevrolet of Lake Mills goes above and beyond to make the trading and purchasing process transparent, fair, and efficient. Badger Chevrolet is a top-flight dealership!

Metro Ford of Madison review
I bought one new car and traded it later on a used car from Metro. Some of these bad reviews confounding. They always gave me great service. Both cars were excellent deals. Time it right with Ford promotions and you'll be surprised what they can do. Repairs in a busy shop need appointments. If a shop isn't busy, avoid it. I do wish they had a Saturday express oil change service though.

Recently, Maynard Heger handled a collision claim, quickly....appreciated his communication w/me on the status of the repair. While we waited for the parts to come in, he was able to get the damaged car over to the Service Dept. to complete 45,000 mile service checklist....saving me from having to come back to handle this task. Good use of saving time.

I really just went in on a Hope & a Prayer! Single father of 3 and I need a vehicle that was safe , reliable and fit our needs as a family The Salesman Mr Worm was brimming with confidence that they could get it done My credit was Very Challenging. As long as I provided bank statements, ID, and proof of address they were able to put me in a beautiful 2019 Buick Encore!

2024 Ford Escape review
I’ve had extreme trouble getting into and out of the vehicle because the floor is so deep to the door. I now have a permanently injured knee. The doors don’t open wide enough for my knee that doesn’t bend completely. That causes me discomfort. Senior people can’t always bend their joints enough to get into and out of this vehicle. But I do love how it handles and also the great features.
