Allen Johnson at Sheehy got us a great deal on our Bronco. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and very flexible with his schedule. The only gripe we had is that our windshield got a crack within the first week, which apparently is somewhat common with Broncos. We had seen where other dealerships had repaired the windshield in these circumstances, but Sheehy was not interested. Initially they offered to help get us a windshield replacement price at their negotiated cost, but then they never provided that offer. Love the car!

Purchasing a new car is never fun, since it requires lots of time and research, but I had an overall surprising and pleasant experience at Pearson Honda. Damon was my salesperson and he answered all of my questions on the car. I was able to test drive the car and get a good feel for it. He was knowledgeable on the vehicle’s features and warranties. The sales team limited back and forth haggling on sales price and met written offers from other dealers without stalling techniques and other antics I have experienced at other dealers. Only minor gripe I would say is having to present other offers to them and not getting the best price from the start. The finance team is also great and they looked out for my situation and best interests. They were not pushy on add ons which is a plus plus. I am appreciative and happy with my vehicle purchase and would recommend buying from Pearson.

The whole sales process went rather well. These event for me are always approached with a lot of anxiety. Getting a good price for the purchase and the trade is hard work. In advance I contacted the dealership and explained what I was looking for. He responded in short fashion with a few options to consider. I choose the one that fit my needs. I went off and got a few estimates on my trade in value. We met the following day and in 20 minutes I had what I wanted. They made some money I got a good number for my trade. All that was left was a good rate from a lender. The finance person in similar fashion got a great rate. She had to try a few lenders but in the end the numbers were good. I got the sense that they were not adversaries but we were working towards a common goal. This is my second purchase from this dealership. That’s something I rarely do. I had started with another dealership and the person wouldn’t commit to any price info unless I came on site. For me that’s wasteful. Ashland sheehy didn’t make come onsite until we had agreed in principle on the selling price. Second time here and another good experience. Ask for “Mikey”. Very helpful.

Even with that level of pressure, he remained calm, professional, and extremely attentive to every customer. What really stood out to me was how David handled the situation. Despite juggling multiple customers, he never made me feel rushed or overlooked. That level of customer service is rare, especially in such a high-demand environment. While waiting, I walked the lot and was genuinely impressed by the quality of their inventory. They had a great selection of upscale vehicles, all well-maintained and appealing. It definitely speaks to the standard this dealership maintains. Once David was able to assist me, he was knowledgeable, patient, and very transparent throughout the entire process. The paperwork was handled efficiently, and he even made sure my truck was fully cleaned and ready, even though it was located at another lot. I left extremely satisfied with my purchase and confident that I chose the right place to do business. David went above and beyond, and his professionalism did not go unnoticed. 2024 Ford Escape review
It’s been a great car for the past few months. The 2.0 engine has the perfect amount of power to get around and the 8 speed does a decent job. I love the exterior and interior styling. Great driving position and overall feel. My only complaint is the sometimes slow infotainment screen, especially on startup when I go to use the climate controls. Other than that I love the technology and features you can get in this car!
