Kishawn was a great sales person to work with, very personable and friendly! Overall the process of buying a new car take super long. I think the dealership could use some more incentives to purchase—similar to some other dealers—for example, X amount of free oil changes and replacements on bulbs/batteries/etc within the first few months.
2025 Ford Escape review
This is my second Escape Hybrid ans I absolutely love it. Love the interior redesign and who doesn't love getting 40PMG without plugging in? It is very spacious as well.

I bought a used vehicle from Morrie's Mazda. It was Toyota, mind you, not a Mazda, and this adds to the quality of service I will share with you. I bought the vehicle 'as is' on a Saturday. On Sunday, the vehicle was behaving odd. I called the salesman who sent a tow truck to me at now charge! He was a salesman and this wasn't even his job! That's going above and beyond his duties! The next day, the service department found the issue, fixed it and told me that was also done at no charge to me!! They did all this for free on a vehicle that wasn't even their brand despite the fact that I declined extra maintenance coverage from them when I made the purchase just in case something did go wrong. With some bad luck, something DID go wrong but they took care of the entire situation on their own time and money. That's amazing service and that is very very rare these days in ANY industry. I would (and will) recommend Morrie's Mazda to everyone!
