I contacted premier and was contacted via text by Patrick. Set up an appointment for 6/23/23. We live over two 1/2 hours away and hoped find the car. My daughter and I arrived at the dealership to test drive one car and found that the actual car we wanted was being test driven. The car was purchased as we test drove a few other cars. We finished by asking Patrick to pull six vehicles to look at and 4 to test drive. Was impressed with his time and patience. At the end of three hours and unable to find the car we wanted, he was great. Told him the color and model we wanted, but they didn’t have it in stock. Patrick was a good salesman. Not pushing a sale. We will go back. Hopefully they won’t have additional undisclosed fees as stated by others.

I arrived at the dealership looking at the vehicles on the lot when I was approached by Adrian!! his customer service is so awesome and he is very detailed in explaining and addressing your questions! so I was looking to buy a Nissan rouge when he pointed out the Mazda Cx5, went on a test drive and fell in love with this SUV! I purchased it in September 2022 and it was more than I imagined, the drive is very smooth. The staff at Passport really know how to treat and assist their customers, I was so pleased with the customer service I got from my salesman Adrian as well as my finance manager Carlos. I appreciate all the staff at this dealership they made my experience very pleasant and I will definitely recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a Mazda to take your business to them!! I had to take my vehicle to the service department and Jessica takes good care of your needs and very detailed in explaining your vehicle issues. Not to mention the dealership is very very clean and state of the art and always smells nice!!!! Thank you to all the passport staff who helped in making my car experience a great one.

I would like to say Front Royal Dealer ship is amazing and they did very good for me and my son which my son Raymond bought a car on Thursday 12/11/2025 and then the very next day my wife and I bought one 12/12/2025 as we are very pleased with every one that is listed. Kevin, Tony, David in finance. I want to say say these guys need to be giving a 10 star or more we have not ever had a great experience until we started coming to Front Royal Ford. please give this team a great pat on the back matter of fact they deserve a big raise.... These guys need to be like a 20 star because no matter what they were the best ever... I have never ever been treated so good with finance like Davis did for us as he was so detailed about everythi9ng when he went over all what we was getting.. Please do not let David or Tony or Kevin leave there the best.... I will never go any where else.. Hamza the general manager was the best ever as well i have never seen the General manger work so hard like this man did... Roy also needs to be in this bunch as well he also helped out. Thank you all so so much. When I need another car I will be coming to Front Royal Ford they really care about there customers its not just that they want to sell a car they do care. 2025 Ford Escape review
This is my second Escape Hybrid ans I absolutely love it. Love the interior redesign and who doesn't love getting 40PMG without plugging in? It is very spacious as well.
