They welcome you as a friend and are always very helpful and very knowledgeable about all their vehicles. We always work with Travis Mummert and the only rating we can give him would be an A++. Travis is always ready to explain everything you need to know about the new vehicle. He cares about giving you as much time as you need to fully understand everything about the car. He has brought cars to our home for us to test drive in order to keep us from making a trip to Forresters. He has made special trips to our home to help putting the garage door in sync with our new car. We appreciate the time Travis takes to find the best deal for us. He???s extremely knowledgeable about special deals and rebates that apply to the car we???re purchasing. Travis doesn???t stop contacting us after the car is purchased. We know he will call us periodically to see how the car is working, if we???re happy with it and if we have any questions that he can help us with. We never consider buying a car other than a Lincoln because of its performance and comfort, but even more importantly, we have developed a loyalty to Forresters. They always make you feel like you???re a part of the Forresters family. And we don???t think we will ever find a dealer who we can trust the same way we trust Travis Mummert. I very honestly give the top rating possible.

The car was exactly as it was described, beautiful and phil, my salesman, was excellent. Phil, along with all the other employees I came in contact with, were all very kind, respectful and professional. I followed Mike here when he came from another dealership. We clicked like white on rice. He's knowledgeable, kind, KNOWS his cars. Which you might like and warns you which ones to steer clear of. I will always use him as MY "car guy". That's important. You need a car guy. I trust him and that says something.

My family has bought at least 5 vehicles from this place over the past 10 years and they've always done good for us. Marcos (the guy we always seem to end up buying a car from), has always been honest and upfront about things regarding the cars, the dearlership policies, and the special offers. He's also very friendly, talking to you like a person and not just a potential sale. The cars we get have always been reliable. Never bought a 'lemon' car from here. The longest lasting was a Seabring that we had for over 10 years, and it would have lasted much longer if it weren't for being in an accident. The shortest lasting one was a '99 Pontiac Grand Am that I had for only two years, but that's because I traded it in for a real nice 08 Taurus which I got from the same place for a great price.
I found them online and they called. I looked at their inventory and found the van I wanted. I am a mom of a combined family of 6 kids. I went through a horrible divorce several years ago and finally on my road to financial recovery. They were amazing with financing and getting me the vehicle that fits my lifestyle. Pretty good overall experience. I bought a nice used car. The salesman was friendly and went with me on a test drive. My first initial contact was online via email. We set up an appointment at my convenience. When I arrived the salesman had the car pulled out and parked up front and ready for me to examine and test drive. The only thing I would complain about it is that it took quite a long time to get to the finance manager's office to complete the sale because they were having slow internet/computer problems, which caused me to wait a considerable amount of time. They were very apologetic and made every effort to try to get me going as soon as they could. I would return to this dealership in the future.
Over the years, our family has purchased 12 different vehicles from Hamilton Nissan. Our salesman Will Swartz, is very knowledgeable on all models on the lot, and very honest. We have never felt pressured into buying a vehicle. Will, will take all the time you need to go over every detail you want to know about a vehicle. Will is the man to see for any of your car buying needs.
Our salesman, Micah Youngbar, once again gave us impressive and responsive customer service. (We are repeat customers). He came in twice on his days off to make sure that we were happy and taken care of. I have yet to visit a friendlier and more responsive dealership than Hagerstown Honda and I visited or contacted four area Honda dealers before purchasing our new 2018 Honda CRV LX. Ian Smith was also responsive with all of my internet inquiries before my on-site visit to the dealership.
Stacy Crabtree was a tremendous help in guiding me through the process of purchasing my first vehicle. My husband has always handled this process, but with his passing I was dreading doing this on my own. My son was a great support, but Stacy was very kind, patient and understanding through the entire process. He never pushed me or pressured me, but answered every question and eased my uncertainty. Each person I spoke to was very kind and helpful. I think the other gentleman I talked with was Rick but I'm not sure, I'm bad with remembering names. I have already recommended Stacy to a friend of mine needing a new SUV. Thank you Kia for your help in this difficult task for me!
The was the easiest new car purchase I have ever had. The trade value was top notch and the purchase price was competitive. I expected resistance on the price I was expecting to pay, they matched the best deal I negotiated with by another dealer further away. This is a car dealer, and yes they are in it to make money. Be informed using all the resources available and don't expect to be deserving of any more, haggling make a car buying experience miserable.
