Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

My partner and I visited 4 other dealerships before stopping at Newberg CDJR. Mike met us as we parked. Warm greeting, no pressure. He showed us a couple of 2025 Ram 2500 trucks. I bought a used 2020 Ford escape hybrid titanium with 33,000 miles. I came from a 2015 X3 and I am surprised how well this car handles and feels firmly planted. I love the electric driving at slow speeds and you can hear the gas engine come on and it’s louder than my BMW, but I am still pleasantly surprised by the low level of road noise at highway speeds. Mine is Persian green, which is rare, and absolutely beautiful after I waxed it. The exterior is pretty good, considering its price range, and the interior is subpar with the hard plastic on the doors, but overall, the controls are very intuitive, easily reachable, and after I learned how to use all the options, my favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering. The car basically just drives itself, even in the city at low speeds. I just have to make the turns and stop at red lights and stop signs if there is no car in front of me. I also love the short stopping distances with the brakes, which feel great and confidence-inspiring, and the steering actually feels better than in my BMW, which was too light at highway speeds. Another feature that sold me was how much legroom there is in the backseat, especially the fact that you can recline the backseat a little bit and also push it a few inches back to create more legroom. There is definitely more legroom in the front and back than in my BMW, even though my BMW was a few inches longer than this car. I love the look of the RAV4 hybrid XLE and it has more cargo room, but if you check the user reviews, you’ll see that the Escape hybrid actually beats it in mpg and in my area, I would’ve paid $8k - $9k more for a similar used RAV4 so I felt like the Escape hybrid was a better value overall. I rarely buy extended warranties with cars, but I did with this one since it was such a good deal at only $4000 but it gave me seven years of extended coverage and up to 80,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Considering how tariffs will affect car part pricing and car repair bills, I thought this was a an exceptional value, just like the car itself. I’ve only had it for three weeks, but I am really enjoying driving the car and seeing how little gas it sips.

I bought my car brand new. I have had no issues with! I have kept up with maintenance! But I am at the age that I don’t like to drive anymore.

This is my 2nd Escape in 12 years. I drive for a living and I love feeling safe on the road. I've had no problems with this car. I personally have put over 400,000 miles on it in just 4 years. Take care of your car, and your car will take care of you.

Purchased the car with 20,000 miles and the engine had to be replaced at 42,000 miles, Ford paid to have it done. Other than that the car has been very good.

Drove 6 hours from Washington to buy a car from them last month. Great communication and fair price upfront. They were able to finance me even being out of state and the vehicle being older. Worst part of the experience was the salesman, I had been communicating with, did not show up the day we had planned to meet AND had misquoted my APR. BUT they made it right by lowering the price to make up for the difference. When the salesman was a no show, Allen (a different salesperson) was quick, courteous, professional and zero pressure to buy extras. Thanks for the great experience!

This is my 3rd Escape beginning with a 2014 to this 2025. Th Escape handles well, acceleration is awesome. This is definitely a car I would take a long road trip with.

This is my second Escape Hybrid ans I absolutely love it. Love the interior redesign and who doesn't love getting 40PMG without plugging in? It is very spacious as well.

Purchased this car used in 2017 with 42k on it. Currently at 144k has the 2.0l and AWD. I’ve switched immediately to full synthetic, done coolant flushes, and changed all fluids. We have 2 Escapes now 14/16 both with 2.0 and AWD. Love them. We do the preventative maintenance. Hopefully we hit 300k. Most of my previous vehicles have done 266k and 400k.

Car was purchased new in 2015. Overall I rate the car as 4 out of 5. Rear brakes need improvement such as chrome slider rails which would reduce sticking. Forward weight transfer on hard braking could be controlled better. There is one expressway exit where the upper weight transfer is a problem ( as it is with most SUV''s). The steering is precise, with no real surprises ( other than at that one poorly designed xway exit).

It’s been a great car for the past few months. The 2.0 engine has the perfect amount of power to get around and the 8 speed does a decent job. I love the exterior and interior styling. Great driving position and overall feel. My only complaint is the sometimes slow infotainment screen, especially on startup when I go to use the climate controls. Other than that I love the technology and features you can get in this car!
