My husband and I purchased the Ford Fusion that we had been leasing for the past two years and eight months. Your staff member seemed to be very knowledgeable about cars, which was impressive, and he had exceptional customer service skills because he was friendly, courteous and not distracted by other concerns. The gentleman that did our paperwork etc., also had very good customer service skills. He was positive, encouraging and accommodating. Both men showed interest in the customer's needs. The service was great. Oh, I forgot, there was another lady who came out to tell us about two or three complimentary oil changes I believe, and she was extremely nice. The customer service was great! and, Thank you Ford!
