We we're in the market for a new car fast and didn't know where to begin. I found an Escape I liked on KSL and sent them an email. Lit'l Wayne called me up a few hours later to tell me all about the car. It sounded like everything I wanted so we were planning on going in on Saturday to check it out. Hubby and I stopped at a Ford dealership in Spanish Fork on our way home from work yesterday to look at the cars they had and the sales men were total jerks! I will NEVER go back there again! Feeling very discourged, I called up Lit'l Wayne and asked if we could come check out the car today. He said "sure, I'll pull the car around and you can take it for a spin". We showed up and sure enough the car was ready to go. Of course, I instantly fell in love and had to have it. Lit'l Wayne was so funny with my kiddo (who's 7 and all over the place) in the backseat during the test drive keeping him entertained and yet at the same time, answering all my questions (he has superpowers or something). So, we got the paperwork started and within 10 mins we were approved. I was estatic! He was also very sweet to give our kiddo snacks and games to play with while we waited. We traded in our old Escape and drove home in our new Escspe last night 😁. We got the car payment we wanted and the terms and interest rate we were looking for too. The team over there at Orem Mazda made the process so simple and we're awesome explaining everything to us. All in all it's the best experience we've ever had in buying a new car. I would recommend them (and especially Lit'l Wayne) to every person I know. If you're looking to trade in and or buy a new car, this is the first and only stop you'll have to make. They just made a customer for life!!!

It’s drives smooth, long lasting, beautiful features, a lot of room! I drive this car for commute to work and it handles beautifully best car!
I worked with Mark and Victor down at the Springville location. They had a Dodge Charger 2010 and was very easy to work with. Victor made an accommodation to bring the car up to Orem which was closer to me and was able to let us test drive it for a good drive. I have to be honest we just bought the car so I don't know how well it's going to do but the overall experience buying the car was wonderful with these two. I would definitely recommend this pair of sales professionals. Just from the standpoint of buying the car I feel that they had a good price on the vehicle and Mark was able to work with me.

Love everything except the front seat area. Does not have enough space in between seats for console area. Also, the windshield in the front is hard to clean.
I was presently surprised that I received such great service. I purchased my Ford F-150 and had a terrible experience and purchased a service plan.
I know that this survey is directed towards my visit, but I am taking this opportunity to voice my frustrations of how awful my car buying experience
1.I still have a sour taste in my mouth with the car buying experiences at LHM used car Supermarket. When I bought my truck I had to return my truck to the shop over three times. All I asked for was a detail and to buffer the head light when I bought the truck, had to send that back to get done.
2. The mangers were cool and dealt with the issues, but the follow through and communication was unacceptable. I had to call them to see if my Truck was done with repairs. One time the truck was done for over three days and I did not even get a phone call or compensated for my inconveniences
3. Every one in there life in my opinion gets sold. Unfortunately, I feel in love with the Truck I test
drove and did not do my research, I purchased on the spot and put 2,000 down. I did not get a fair price and feel like I paid at least 120% for the Truck. I got sold.... Not only will I not let that happen again, I will not be buying from LHM after Med school next spring. I'm buying new might I add.
Hope this reaches someone that will take my feedback seriously because there is a serious disconnect from the treatment/inconsistencies with the used car Super Markey vs the exception service I received from you folk down at LHM Ford in Provo.

This is the third Ford Escape I have owned. I have stepped up in model each time. This is a Titanium. I am loving all of the ' bells and whistles' it has. It has plenty of leg room front and back; and the cargo space is fabulous. I am loving the moon roof and heated seats, too, as well as the mpg.
Bought a new Ford Expedition at Tim Dahle Ford. Shawn Turner was great, very informative, attentive and fun to deal with - the purchasing process was quick and easy, with no pressure. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Shawn in the future.

My car had 52k miles on it when I bought it. You could tell it was well maintained. No rust, very clean inside and out, has enough space and legroom for my growing family. Drives well. I've had no problems with the car since it was purchased. I just could not resist the low mileage. Its a great car. I love it!
We loved our experience with Tim Dahle Ford. Cris Myers was an excellent salesman! Very down to earth and helped us get exactly what we needed for a great price. He even helped us long after the sale when our car was broken into. The thief left a terrible smoke smell, and Cris was right there to help get the car smelling like new. Highly recommended!

Finding a car you are interested in is only part of the ordeal of buying a car. First you research, then test drive, re-evaluate and hopefully you eventually purchase. Jacob at Action Auto was/is the ONLY sales rep who ever replied to ANY inquiry about any vehicle over the course of a month. I even did LIVE chats online with other dealerships and they couldn't even tell me if the car was still available on the lot. Jacob and I emailed back and forth answering my questions, etc.. He stayed after hours to meet my husband and I who were traveling from another county- and we were interested in seeing a particular vehicle. He was helpful, friendly and informative. We appreciated him going the extra mile with us. Also, we appreciated him actually responding to our online inquiries- that has made all the difference!

I’ve leased my 2017 Escape for two years now. The only problems I had with it were a remote key fob that didn’t work. At the two and a half year mark at 14,000 miles the check engine light comes on. Code reading shows a bad coil in the no. One cylinder. Dealer fixed it. Four days later light on again this time it’s the number 4 cylinder. Good no more problems
i like the car but the eco engine is woefully underpowered. Takes Forever to get it going. Space is good and I wish I had gotten the sync 3 entertainment system but sync is ok
All in all it’s nit bad but to make it better you have go go up in trim and of course price
I will not purchase or lease it again.
Went to this dealership after viewing and test driving cars from 10 other dealerships. They had the friendliest customer service of the ones I visited, and I always felt like I was in charge of the purchase. They let me test drive multiple vehicles and recommended certain ones to me based on my preferences, and we found the right car for me. They offered me warranties and other side-purchases in the purchasing process but it was never forced upon me and I declined some without a stressful environment. I would definitely buy a car from here again.

Very well designed, for safety, comfort, features, roominess, and looks. We are very happy with what we got for a price that is within our budget.
I had a great experience with Action Auto. They stayed 3 hours past close to help me get the right car. They also walked around the car with me and took note of any issues I found. We addressed those and they promised to repair them as part of the purchase.
The Service department was very helpful, and listen to and addressed all my concerns. They were very flexible with my schedule, and quick with the repairs (brought car in and picked up same day).
It's obvious they like helping people, and realize the best way to do that is with communication and a positive attitude.
I would absolutely recommend them to family & friends, and will be coming back in the future.

Fit my price range, does everything I really need a car for, will be able to tow a trailer for fishing and duck hunting and was thinking I need a truck, but with this car there is enough room to get the boat, decoys, and gear to the river bottom and back.
Very respectful and polite! They were willing to help me in any way possible! They took my crappy car and fixed me up with a brand new 2016 beaut. I am so pleased with how kind Austin and Dave were! Amazing company, so happy with the outcome!

Found out if we turn the traction control off we get 33 mpg. The vehicle rides nice. Not as much room as our Windstar had, but still pretty nice and seats 4 comfortable and can seat 5. Got the aspirated engine as wanting nothing to do with the turbo. Have not had that long, bought used with around 18K miles, but so far pleased with the vehicle. Nothing fancy, the S model, but seems to be decent transportation.
I spent the whole month looking for the right car and I finally found it at Action Auto Sales! The customer care here is beyond excellent! They take the time to go over everything about their cars and pricing. No hidden fees and no pressure! They are upfront honest with you and they check up on you through the whole process! I was very impressed with them. I would definitely go back here to find my next car :)

I recently bought my first Escape as a pre-owned vehicle. I must say this is the is a fun SUV to drive. I have owned over 40 cars in my lifetime and I love this one. If I had to complain about something it's that the seats leave something to be desired in the comfort area.
Being a first time buyer, coming here was the best decision I could have made! Dave and Kyle made it very unstressful. They were very helpful in explaining everything to me. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

This was a last minute rush for a car, and the pressure was on as a first time buyer. I had a junker in tow and needed a new car on an extremely tight budget. My salesperson worked extremely hard to put me into an amazing car perfectly in my budget. Will definitely recommend.

Service department and Nissan really came through for us! Our 2014 Nissan Versa was having serious transmission issues. We have kept up on recommended services (replaced transmission fluid at 30000 miles) Took it into Tim Dahle Southtown in March at 68000 miles (out of warranty). They did not charge me a diagnostic fee. The service depeartment was phenomenal, calling every day to give me an update on the progress. They were able to get Nissan to cover the transmission because I performed regular service on it. They had the transmission in stock and it only took a couple days to replace. This dealership is a well oiled machine and I would probably trust them with my life! :)

For the price you can t beat this SUV. Practical, economical, inexpensive. Hood looking. Lots of power equipment and convincence items. I have two. Both awd.
My son is lucky enough to be driving a new Jeep Renegade with a manual transmission. He's pretty good with the manual, but got lost in a neighborhood with a lot of hills. That is where his "pretty good" wore off. Getting a call at 10:30 pm from your son saying that the jeep won't move is not the worst call, but I've had better! After troubleshooting and figuring that the clutch had burned up, we decided to have it towed to the nearest dealer. I then went to work researching the horror stories with burned clutches on the Renegade. Many dealers have refused to fix under warranty. You can google it. Cody at Larry Miller took great care of us and my son was back on the road in less than 2 days. And, he got to have dad next to him critiquing his clutch timing for another good while. ;-)
