AMAZING SERVICE AT TOYOTA OF TURNERSVILLE!!!! I went to lease my very first car and they were incredible with me!! I HIGHLY recommend Mok Kobeissi for your sales manager!! Request him if possible!! I was a recent college graduate and he helped me get a price that was affordable for me!! He did not try to trick me into anything, he was very straight forward and very clear with any question I had!! He was INCREDIBLE! I even went back to hand in paperwork the next day and he immediately recognized me and greeted me, super respectful and truly cares about your experience! As far as a financial service manager I HIGHLY recommend Blake Canuso!! He thoroughly explained every document I was signing and was patient with me as I read each one. EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision.
The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off.
I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!

Mike and Steve were great! I emailed about a car i found on cars.com and Steve called me to let me that the car had a package that was unusual and actually may have dissuaded me from buying the car so I didn’t make the 40 min drive to them and come away dissatisfied, talk about honest!! Ended up buying the car and had a great experience, despite having a cranky 3 yr old along for the journey. These guys rock!!

They were very nice. The cars I looked at were very clean. I ended buying a different vehicle from a different dealership simply because of the specific vehicle I wanted. But I put money down on a vehicle, and was refunded and even then they didnt pressure me and still were very nice throughout the process.
Both Wayne Moore, a sales specialist, and Mike Kapelus, the General Sales Manager, met all my expectations . They offered a fair price, delivered great customer service and provided an efficient buying process. The entire experience felt more like a conversation than a high pressured sale. I will be back!!
Winner Ford did a great job and they truly are a Winner in my eyes! From the internet pre-sales process all the way through the deal, they were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Eric Medina, Jeremy Robertson, Vern Ford, Joe Morin, and Ken Witman were all great. Jeremy and Vern made sure we were comfortable and had anything we wanted. Joe Morin worked his magic on my trade-in to get me the most value. Ken Witman worked the numbers many different ways to see what was best for me. He explained al options and was very thorough. Overall it was great experience. I will be going back to Winner for my next car.
