The Finance Manager, Rich Ruby, completed all of the paperwork in less than ten minutes, which I didn’t even think was possible. Seriously, it was like a magic trick. Not having to wait around and getting to drive away almost immediately in my new truck was awesome. There are a lot of Ford dealers much closer to where I live in the Columbus area, but I will absolutely and without hesitation drive over two hours (one way) to purchase my next vehicle at Spitzer Ford. I think they were as good as they could be within what they could control. We had to wait a some time for the title of the vehicle we were buying to arrive. In addition to that, we financed ourselves. We did get lectured for awhile about that, so beware. But they did let us buy the car. Unfortunately with the waiting of the title, my loan ended up being more than what I was purchasing the car for, and now we need to get the difference back. Other than that, it was okay.
