I would like to amend my previous review of this dealership there was a communication error the proper people did not get my messages so my issue was never addressed they have now contacted me and are going to take care of everything so I really appreciate what they have done for me, it was a very seamless buying process it was very nice car for a good price.Nice to have a small local dealership take cares!
We had the best salesman in Louie. He worked with us to find the perfect truck and a fair trade. I would highly recommend working with this team again and will recommend Griffin Ford to all my friends after the great experience we had.
My experience from the end of November until now has been a 2.5-3 Star.
Specifically went to this location to look at at a vehicle. The sales rep was helpful and professional. Completing the paperwork and finalizing the sale took way too long, hours!!! There was one finance person helping four people in line.
Make sure you pay attention to details!!! Vehicle did not come with floor mats. Strange to me. When they dropped the vehicle off it was not detailed nor was the gas filled up per agreement, so when I called about everything they did cover the cost of new floor mats. Great customer service, right?
Fast forward to it now being summer. My air condition does not work. Per manager who was not customer friendly and rude on the phone, stated “anything can break on a used vehicle”. Makes you think you need check EVERYTHING before you purchase.
In my opinion, poor customer service. I would think you’d want to retain your customers by trying to help them out when the vehicle is less than 6 months old to them. Will not be going back to them to purchase my next vehicle.
Wade is fantastic to deal with. I would like car buying to be more like buying anything else--when I walk in, I want to know what something costs without negotiation. If you give me the price of a vehicle, I can make the decision to take it or keep looking--I don't want to be pushed into a decision and I don't want to have to haggle over the price. Wade will also tell you what you are actually paying for the car. Unlike many dealerships, you do not go in expecting a car to cost a set amount and then find out they did not add the tax, license, an any other incidental fees they could think of. My experience with other car dealers has always been fancy showrooms and hidden costs. Tenpin Motors doesn't give you a fancy showroom, the quality of his used cars are top notch, and they don't hide fees only to spring them on you while you are signing the papers.
I came to Wilde Honda to look at a used car . Jon informed me it had already sold. Jon then searched and found a similar car which he brought to the front door for me to look at . It was just what I was looking for. Took a test drive to find the exhaust making a noise. Jon didn't hesitate to get it to service to fix. Jon called me twice with updates then called to say the car was ready to pick up. Jon had the car fixed and detailed within a couple hours ... excellent service !! Jon has also emailed and called after the sale to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase !
Everyone was very nice and helpful! From the moment we pulled in the lot we were greeted and treated very well. We looked at different vehicles and the saleman was open to letting us look and drive anything and kept a positive attitude the whole time. All the other salesmen/managers were very friendly and nice as well. Great service would definitely recommend!! Prices were very fair as well below blue book value.
