Had a unusual and unpleasant experience buying a brand new Jeep Wrangler hybrid.After 10 days it stopped working- I was not getting much response from anyone but the salesperson. After 10 days of not getting much traction and being told there was no qualified technicians to fix the problem, no loaners, I was contacted by management who invited me to meet with them and resolve my issue. After meeting with Jon O. one of the GMs I was able to resolve this issue in a manner which was fair and acceptable. I just wish we had started sooner but things happen and I feel that the guys there do care about selling a good product and standing behind it.

Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.

I have only had limited dealings with Kendall Ford before, and only with the service department. Was better than average, but not terribly exceptional. Now the interesting part begins. I purchased a new 2022 Ram 1500 Big Horn in January 2023. Lithia's dealer discount on outgoing 2022 models plus Ram's incentives made this a good deal for me instead of buying a 2023 model. I was out of the country during the purchase process, so I never stepped foot inside the Lithia South Anchorage building. However, the communication with salesman Evan Griffin via e-mail and phone was great. There was a problem with one of the Stellantis bonus cash codes not being recognized by the computer system, but through perserverance Lithia and I ultimately were able to resolve the problem and receive the bonus cash. General Manager, John, and Sales Manager, Ansel, also got involved when necessary. Overall, a great buying experience for my new truck. Highly recommended!
