I traded in a Suburban and this has all the benefits of that size vehicle but it drives like a luxury car. I absolutely love everything about it. Perfect combination of size and comfort. The best road car I have ever ridden in.
Very nice location, great customer service and follow up. I'm still early in the buying process and haven't been pressured, just following up consistently.

Love this car. The finish inside is beautiful, leg room is abundant, and the ride is smooth. I can go to the grocery store or out on the town at night in luxury!
My wife and I both liked the Outlander PHEV so much we both wanted one. We sent them and offer with prices for our existing car and what we would pay the PHEV. They called back a few days later excepting the offer and had all the paper work ready to go when we showed up. The transaction was smooth and deal was exactly what we had requested (first time as dealers typically try to pull a fast one lowering the car price with the trade in).
If they did a little renovation, it would be a fantastic dealership. It's beyond dated though. That's is the only down side.

We like how this SUV handeles . It provides plenty of room for luggage and room for people. The ride is very comfortable on long trips. The seats also make it easy for long rides.
I drove right in, the Service Associate that greeted me was very polite and explained exactly what was going to be done, as I waited for my vehicle he came to check on me and asked if I had any other questions or concerns, it was a great experience and I will certainly be returning to Transwest GMC for all my service needs

Traded in. 2018 Toyota Tundra. The Ford F-250 is such a step up from the Tundra. Smooth ride with lots of energy in its pick up of speed.
I just want to thank Zac for the wonderful service and finding me a great car that I could save up for! He helped me find a great deal and I can't thank him enough for everything he has done.
Zach worked hard to quickly close my deal and get me into my new work van.
He knew I drove a long way to look. The vehicle was clean, under book price, good running and just what I needed.
He probably could have taken advantage of me on price, but didn't even try. He saved me enough from my planned budget that I was able to include a warranty (3rd party but high rated) factored into the financing.
I also went in with a pre approval letter from a major lender and he saved me 5 points by using a local credit union!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.
Brought my 2012 Lincoln MKZ in for a rear bumper repair on Monday January 11. Repairs were completed by end of business day on Thursday January 14.
Car was cleaned thoroughly inside and out and even smelled like a new car.

Great room inside for the whole family. The captains chairs provide a great walk path to the roomy rear seats where the older kids prefer to ride! A far cry from the last 3 row vehicle we had when nobody wanted to be in the back row. Fuel economy is a little less desirable than I was hoping for but it is good for how large the expedition max is. The 360 camera makes parking it much easier.
When driving it, the vehicle doesn’t feel nearly as large as one would think by looking at it!

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

I traveled from Baton Rouge, LA to Katy, TX for this vehicle. Performance is stellar. This was a used 2018 Expedition Max (rental, I think) but nicely equipped. Purchased at about 29,000 miles. Body and interior in fantastic condition. There was only one key fob, so the dealer allowed me to purchase a 2nd one and promptly reimbursed me. The only problem I have noticed is a rattle in the sun roof. Car Fax has indicated there is a recall for some other problem. I will take it in to a dealer in Baton Rouge and hopefully have both items fixed.
I have not been able to purchase yet as we have some saving to do, but the wonderful salesman Brian contacted me almost immediately and arranged that the vehicle I want was ready and available upon my arrival. Thank you again! ¿

We fell in love with all the details on the Platinum Expedition Max. They thought of everything except a few minor details with the Apple play.
It was a quick replacement of a brake light bulb. I was a drop in and took about 40 minutes. I offered to make an appointment but he said it wouldn't take long and it didn't.
I did buy the car at Freeway Ford but 3 years ago. I love my CMax.
Great experience at Freeway Ford. The service department was friendly, timely and very knowledgeable. I will definitely return as a customer and refer!
