Never did I think I would say the words ???Wow, that was easy??? when talking about purchasing a new car from a dealership. We have purchased from the same dealership for over 10 years, and even with the relationship we have built in the process at ???the other place???, the experience at Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert was above and beyond. From the very first response to my email regarding a vehicle on the lot to the moment we drove this beauty off into the sunset, Arnold Lim was a breath of fresh air. He, along with Ed and Jose made our first Mercedes purchase a fast and no-nonsense experience. There was zero ???let me talk to my manager??? garbage like you get at most dealerships. Christian in finance was easy, quick and fun to work with. The transaction was seamless. We had zero hesitation buying from Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert once we met the team. Thank you, Arnold, so much for your assistance and answering my 80 emails so quickly. We love our new C43 and look forward to being part of the Mercedes family!

Let me start out by saying my family and I have not purchased a brand new vehicle from a dealership since 2002. However my parents car was getting very old (1998 Honda Accord) and unsafe to drive so we looked into a Toyota as they are one of the most (if not most) reliable and dependable brands among car manufacturers. My father wanted a Corolla so I started doing my research on pricing and submitted my offer to 6-8 dealerships in the valley. I got many calls from different salesman, some were rude and aggressive, others offered me terrible pricing on the vehicle which I knew was overpriced. That was until Ron Munday had contacted me that same day, he was not the first salesman I spoke with over the phone however he was the only salesman that left a great impression (calm and patient) on me that day. He claimed Big Two Toyota would beat anyone's pricing as long as I brought him a certified quote from a competing dealership. I took up his offer and drove to the dealership to very next day to negotiate further on pricing and he did not lie at all when he said he could beat any competitors' pricing. I did not the purchase the vehicle that same day as my father wanted it to discuss pricing with my mother however the very next morning I had contacted competing dealerships to ensure my pricing was the lowest and indeed no one in the valley wanted to sell me a brand new 2017 Corolla SE for what Big Two Toyota was selling it to me for. Knowing that, I closed the deal with Mr. Munday that same morning (8/12/2017) and I can honestly say even though it is my first time purchasing a car through a dealership, I can speak volumes of how professional Ron Munday and Big Two treated my family and I. We felt welcomed and apart of the family the second we stepped foot into the dealership. Honestly, even if other dealerships were quoting a cheaper price I would have gladly given the sale to Mr. Munday for his professionalism and enthusiasm throughout the entire process and having to put up with me. He even gone as far as feeding my whole family to lunch while our new car was getting washed and ready to drive off the lot. Overall I am 110% satisfied and would recommend ANYONE to shop at Big Two Toyota as they demonstrate and deliver an excellent car buying experience. I can say I am a life-long customer at Big Two Toyota and our next future purchase will definitely be through this dealership again. Ask for Ron Munday, you will not be disappointed!

My husband and our daughter stopped by this dealership to look at a car I saw online. To my delightful surprise, it was on the lot. Beautiful car! We were immediately greeted as we got out the car. I did not any pressure at all. This is important because we were just looking at what our options were for the moment. The salesman's name is Mike Staelens. He was informative and willing to help. I asked to see the inside of one of the three vehicles that appealed to me on the lot. Maybe I didn't feel the usual pressure and hovering presence most car salesmen's give because he was helping another customer at the same time, but this allowed us to inspect the car at our leisure. I asked for the carfax and it was promptly made available to us. I have read the negative reviews above... either I got lucky that I ended up with Mike or it was too busy of a day for me to experience any of the above mentioned. Before even looking at the carfax I was informed the vehicle I was inquiring about did have repairs due to an accident. I can appreciate honesty. Now, how severe the damage was? I wasn't there so only my worst imagination could take hold of that thought. However, I did ask. . . if I available if i could take this particular vehicle for an inspection with my mechanic of choice and without hesitation, Mike said "yes" . If you aren't willing to do the research then on what you want and what you are willing to live with or not. Ask questions and do your research because you invest into buying a car new or used. Thank you Mike for not being a pushy sales guy. It definitely allowed us to think about what we love of the vehicle really weigh the pros and cons of that particular car. I am scheduling my mechanic for Friday to look at this car. It will cost us extra, but piece of mind is priceless for a second opinion.

I raise service dogs and require enough room for a large crate. Many other SUV's are too rounded in the rear to fit a crate and carry four passengers. The Explorer fits all of this very nicely. Great SUV all around.

I would like to let everyone know about Service Advisor Tony Di Salvo at Chapman BMW. This guy is the most responsive guy I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with where my 2011 335i is concerned. I'll give you just one of many examples of Tony's excellent work ethic. My wife and I were in Chandler AZ and had just seen a movie. When we came out to the car it was about 110 degrees and my car had been baking in the sun for three hours (btw, my car is jet black). I activated the "summer convenience" feature of the key fob that opens all the windows and sunroof to let the heat out. Everything worked perfectly until I closed the windows. The right rear window made a sound like breaking glass with a loud snap and would not close. I immediately called Tony at Chapman BMW and left a message and noticed it was 3:47PM. After completing my call I headed straight for the dealership. About 12 minutes later my phone rang and it was Tony telling me to bring the car in...at this point, I was a mere 5 minutes away. The really cool part was that I was there five minutes later and when I pulled into the garage area my name was already on the marquis above the driveway, and my loaner car was already there running. Tony took my wife and I into his office...his very air-conditioned 72 degree office...and had me sign a work order and then we got into the 430i he loaned us, and we were home ten minutes later. Around 2pm the next day my car was done and waiting in the driveway all washed and waxed...they even used tire shine. It was awesome. Anytime I have had a problem with my car, Tony has diagnosed it correctly and fixed it correctly and been very straightforward about the costs. I have NEVER had to take it back to have a repair repeated. Thanks Tony!!

This car looks 'classy', has lots of 'bells and whistles', lots of horsepower, very 'cushy' inside. Sadly, had to say good bye to our Jeep Sahara; she was not well. We'll miss her looks, but we'll enjoy the smooth ride, and cush of our Explorer.

The A/C started blowing hot air, which is not good in Phoenix when it's 105, one phone call to service and quick trip to the dealership and David took it from there. He got the vehicle in and the Technician quickly had it fixed. The Service Drive Staff was very Polite and Professional throughout the whole experience.

I purchased a 2015 Porsche 911 Turbo from Certified Benz and Beemer several months back???there were some chips along the front fender when the car was delivered, and I protested to the dealership to no avail. I was dissatisfied, and made a harsh assessment during my review. I am thrilled BEYOND to rescind those remarks after speaking with the owner late last week. (I was on vacation at the time and we have traded phone calls over the last few weeks) There was no quibbling, no excuses....simply he said they didn???t handle it correctly and he wanted to know what he could do (anything) to make it right! Talk about a breath of fresh air....he took the time to go back (on a sale already closed) and try and remedy a situation. He had already spoken with/to his employees and then reached out to me to see what he could do. He then told me if I was ever in the market for another car to please reach out to him personally. Jack is a stand-up guy and his humility and integrity are no doubt why his dealership is so successful. You simply do NOT see this level of customer service and commitment (anywhere) any more....least of all in the car business. He has re-earned my business! The car is magnificent and I didn???t ???want anything??? in return???I had the minor repairs made, and Jack even offered to pay for those. I am happy to report a great ending to my car buying experience!

Sometime during negotiations, they switched to a vehicle WITHOUT Cruise and Keyless entry. When we went back Tuesday 5/26/15 to complete the sale, my wife was led to a car, and noticed it had NO CRUISE. The sales person, acted shocked , and then said, gee wait, I just noticed it has no keyless entry either. Can we upgrade you to a model that has those. We never got the $25 visa card they lured us way down there for. They had NONE, I was told. And told the same thing Tuesday. I have filed complaints . sorry they gave your brand a bad name . I went to Tempe Kia a week ago, and the salesman there was honest, and told me the True Value price I had of 15K, was NOT a model that had cruise/keyless entry. THAT WAS FINE. I thanked him for explaining that. As you see from below, Camelback promised they could do it, then switched to the lesser equipped model, seemingly thinking we wouldn't notice , or would be enticed to pay more. Plus the car they showed us was filthy with bird droppings all over it. Nice presentation. i didn't even have to file a complaint at the Arizona Better Buisinee Bureau. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Was visiting Phoenix when I had a critical requirement to replace part of my gas tank so I could get back to San Diego. Stopped in mid-day to assess the situation, and was told the parts would be shipped in the next morning. Arrived at 7:00, and was told it'd take 2 hours. About an hour and 40 minutes later, all fixed. Great service. Oscar was warm, kind, professional, and extremely competent. Was very happy I took it to Showcase Honda, and will be back if/when I need service while visiting Phoenix.

Service Advisor Tom Goodfellow was exceptional to deal with. I got into my 2016 explorer limited yesterday , the lumbar support , left side drivers seat was bulging so much I could not sit comfortably, got out looked at it , got back in pushed back a little and it deflated, most likely broke, it will be interesting to see what ford says timorrow

So far I am really impressed with the vehicle. It has more bells and whistles than I expected. It is quiet, rides smoothly, is roomy and comfortable. I love the heated seats and being able to Sync to my phone. I've only had it a few days, but I'm sure I'll discover more features that I love.

Wow just wow I've never been to such a laid back comfortable dealership. Not stuffy with a bunch of shirt and tie wearing robots. Replaced a Alcadia Denali with this Explorer Limited. Huge improvement with the Explorer. Better looking, and way more reliable. Only thing I wish is if it got better mpg than my F150 does with a V8.

Very disappointed with our service here. Our 2015 sonatas lease came to an end so we went to the Bell Rd location to drop it off. The salesman convinced us to lease a new 2018 sonata and have my old 2007 Toyota Corolla as a down payment and they would take care of the remaining payments (which was ONE payment of $193). We just got a bill for this last payment saying it was overdue. We called Chapman Hyundai and spoke to the manager Alex. He said the guy who sold us the car no longer works there and there's no record anywhere saying they would take care of the remaining payment. I explained this is what we were told and we weren't even going to lease another car that day but with all the good deals that were being offered we thought, why not? He told me he would call me back to see if there's anything they could do. I waited the whole day and no call back. I called the next day and he said no, that's not what we agreed on and we can give you 2 complimentary oil changes (worth $40). I explained this is more than money now, this is just good business and having integrity. I asked if he could at least give us one more free oil change and he said (again) I will call you back. And guess What? He has never called me back. This is such poor service, especially in dealing with the Manager himself I thought he would at least uphold their word. It's $193 profit for them now but a for sure $1000's loss later when we decide not to lease through them again. Update-thanks to the manager George, we received a full refund. Thank you George for being a man of your word, much appreciated!

Survived a roll over accident in the last explorer with only seatbelt bruises. Replaced it with a newer model. It is so comfortable, reliable, and fun to drive. We will be driving explorers for a long time.
