We did some pre-negotiations before we got to the dealership and expected a bait and switch. Non of that! And Adrian was awesome to work with and made it so much easier. We had to leave in a rush after buying the car and he made sure we came back at another date to make sure we knew how all the technology worked. It was so much easier working with someone we feel we could trust.
I was greeted in the parking lot with a good morning and a smile, and was shown to my sales person, (not just go through there and turn right). Staff was very pleasant to work with, lunch was good, and the knowledge level was off the hook. Probably the best car buying experience I have had, even the finance experience was great. Thanks Brad

Our salesman Mike could not have been more patient and accommodating. We had changes several times and he produced our requests as a polite and accompanying sales person. He found us the perfect vehicle after we finally made our choice. He encouraged us to contact him as we have questions of the things our new vehicle offers. We were comfortable and confident with his knowledge of the product and will recommend him should we have the opportunity. We are Superstition customers !!!

I have not purchased a vehicle in 18 years and dreaded going to a dealership. My fears were soon set aside as I spoke with Bud Thomas, Sales Specialist at Bill Luke Tempe. Mr. Thomas's sales style is what I had hoped for in a salesperson...no pressure, truthful, and down to earth. He spent as much time as I needed to make my decision on the vehicle I was interested in. At no time did he display a desire to go do something else. Since I live 130 miles from the dealership, Mr Thomas delivered my vehicle to me. I have never had a transaction go as smooth as what I experienced with Bill Luke Tempe. If you are in the market for a new or used car, definitely seek out Bud Thomas. You wont be sorry!!!!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. What a fantastic car buying experience! Goldie’s had the exact SUV we were looking for with super low miles. It was practically brand new. The salesman, whom I have forgotten his name was outstanding. He drove with me to get my second trade in and drive it back. We then found the truck on the lot across the street I wanted. I met with the sales manager and the senior manager. They were both excellent. I made the deal. We always would want more for our trade in but I felt all three gentlemen took good care of me and I am happy with the purchase. I was shocked that my credit score of 810 only got me an interest rate of 5.5%. I contacted several lenders last week and was offered 2.5%. Would like to waive the prepayment penalty and not pay so much interest on my first payment if possible. Other than that, I was very pleased. My very close colleague is former President of Ford Steve Lyons, and I told him the same info after my purchase.
From the time I got there was greeted pleasantly now with the people they worked diligently to try to get me into what I needed they help me probably several Vehicles show me sell vehicles just Pleasant all around experience good people good employees makes you feel good about what you purchased thank you
