That wasn't a problem for Luther Burnsville Hyundai. I reached out to them about the car, and a sales person contacted me almost immediately. He answered all my questions and walked me through the process of buying a car from out of state. He even gave me his personal cell number in case I needed to reach him with questions about the process. I booked my flight, took an Uber to the dealer, and when I arrived my car was all cleaned up and the staff was waiting on me. Honestly one of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had. The finance manager was great and explained everything. A truly amazing buying experience! The best part, I even received a text from my salesman to check that I arrived back home after my trip and to see if I was enjoying the car. This dealership cares about their customers!

My service advisor was James Burton He was very understanding, professional, quick to respond to my questions and very patient. I know there’s some other things that need to be done on my car, but it was more of a timing thing so James made sure the immediate need got taken care of. Once my car was finished, James let me know there’s a couple things there that I can take care of at a later date and this gentleman actually escorted me to my car to show his professionalism, even though I didn’t need him to, but I was very impressed and this was over the top service. Thanks James! Thanks Luther Brookdale Mazda! I usually go to the local mechanics, but since I Purchased my Mazda CX-5 I only go to Luther Brookdale Mazda! 2020 Ford Explorer review
I currently own a 2020 Ford Explorer XLT (used, bought with 50k miles). Before this I used to own a 2015 BMW X3 Xdrive28i. Now people reading this would be astounded to hear such a bad review for a german luxury vehicle. IT. WAS. TRASH. Sorry, BMW fanboys, but that is true. Anyways, coming back to the Explorer, it was a lot, lot better. Better mileage, Better comfort, A ton of space to even pack up to 5 large suitcases and five big boxes with only the third row down. Considerable performance and power for a massive three row SUV, compared to a “apocalypse ready, tough and rugged” Jeep Wrangler. Very sturdy car, fun to drive around. And really handy when you’re like me who decided to hit the road from Miami, FL to Cypress, TX (😁). I was worried whether evreything would fit in, but apparently there was way more space than that! Also if you are a parent with an infant, you will have NO problem fitting in a child seat. Another thing is that I use an iPhone and my wife uses a Samsung. It is compatible with both carplay and android auto. Now the best part: this is the most stylish SUV under $30k I have ever seen except for a Jeep Grand Cherowkee. My final verdict: The best, affordable, 6-7 seater SUV you can get on the auto market. And I am saying this not only from a driver-standpoint, but a parent as well. I have read other people’s reviews, and some will disagree with me. But after all, it is an automobile. Whether it be a million dollar Rolls-Royce or a Bugatti or a Ford, it is still developing. I am proud of what Ford can do. I highly recommend to those who are looking for a reliable and safe car, buy a Ford. They are incredible.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍
