Found a SRX on Cars.com and did a search of the dealership website and sent a request for more information. I received a response quickly about the vehicle I was inquiring about from Greg Schwalbach. I felt comfortable with what he told me that I booked a flight from Texas to go look at the SRX. I told Greg I would take a uber to the dealership from the airport, but he insisted that they could pick me up. Greg was on time to pick us up and was never pushy about the sale. Did run into a small hiccup but Greg and the manager were quick to address the issue and correct it on the spot and do the right thing. That speaks volume of the character of the dealership and the whole team that work at this dealership. I have visited many different dealerships especially Cadillac ones in the past month and this is the best one because of the people. The finance manager was quick and explained all the options. Made the drive back to Texas and the family loved the new car.
2021 Ford Explorer review
I often drive to the Michigan upper pennisula in the winter. This SUV has never disappointed me. One time I was driving up to Sault Ste Marie early in the morning. The road was slippery with blowing snow. The outside air temp was MINUS 41. i was alone with hardly ever seeing another vehicle. I kept thinking "trust this vehicle" because my life literally depended on it. I had no problems. And everything was on high - the defroster, rear defrost, heated steering wheel, heated seat, radio and keeping my phone charger plugged in. And in case you wonder why I would venture out in these conditions - I was called for jury duty and made it on time !! It has also gotten me out of deep snow.

Going through Lexus was overall a great experience because they take care of their cars. I went to multiple different car dealerships and saw multiple cars and came back to Lexus because of the quality of care that they put into their vehicles and their transparency on the condition of the vehicles and where they got them from. They're not getting cars that aren't worth buying, especially if you're looking for a good quality used vehicle. The financial department was also very easy to work with. Highly recommended. I have been a customer of Performance Toyota in Fairfield for decades, and the reason is three-fold: Abby Couch, Chris Patton and Joe Corvi. Joe has been since retired from service and he was professional to the max! Knew his stuff and was so knowledgeable. Next came Abby, and I will have no other person handling my service issues than this gifted, caring individual. She explains service as if she's doing the work. Very smart. Most of all, she's super nice and sets me at ease with any repair needed. A month ago my 2013 Scion was totaled by another driver. My wife and I needed a new car, and because my dealings with Abby and Joe have been so wonderful in the past we headed to the Performance lot in search for our new car. We weren't dealing with Abby or Joe in this venture. Instead we were helped by Chris "CP" Patton. I'm easy to please, not so my wife. But CP did a great job of matching her up with a car that has turned out to be a "car of her dream"....a black 2024 Toyota Corolla! CP knows how to make car buying enjoyable as he explained to us the fine details (warranty, etc) in an easy-to-understanding way. 2021 Ford Explorer review
First time Explorer owner, had an Expedition that I loved but it was too high for my wife, so it went to our son. The Explorer Limited is lower, but still higher than a crossover or sedan which helps my visability. Love the electronics but concerned that they will have problems later on so I purchased a dealer extended warranty (bumper to bumper) that is 10 years 125,000 additional miles for piece of mind. Car drives like a dream, is VERY comfortable, has more than enough power even with the 4cyl (used to V8's). Gas mileage even with 4WD is great (23 city and almost 29 highway) not climbing hills. We will see how it does when we go north.

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

2021 Ford Explorer review
The ford explorer is an outstanding suv. The new design in 2020 is stylish and the rear wheel drive/4 wheel drive option is state of the art. The ecoboost engines are economical and extremely powerful. Ford dealers are everywhere! Ford parts are common and easy to obtain! I looked at the competitors. Front wheel drive is not suitable for trucks in my opinion. The handling of a rear wheel drive vehicle is outstanding. I actually have a 2022 platinum with the 3.0 v6 and this 2021 base with the 2.3 4 cylinder. Happy with each!!!
