I was looking for a used Altima and found one online but it was in Woodbury. I asked Mount Holly Nissan if they could help with the purchase of this vehicle since I can't really be out of the house with the whole Covid thing due to my health. They understood my needs and brought the car closer to me so we could get the transaction done. When I test drove the car and it had a smell they assured me that it would be taken care of and would be cleaned and look brand new again. Spur of the moment call to dealer while visiting my daughter. Explained strange humming sound in my vehicle. Service said they had an opening they could take a look at it. Scott took all information, and let us know we had an extended warranty, which we didn’t know. He gave us possible out of pocket costs up front. We left the vehicle and received a call not long after, the issue had been diagnosed, repaired and the car ready for pickup. OMG the service at this dealership is amazing. I truthfully cannot say I've ever had a better car buying experience than I just had with Salerno Duane Ford. Inventory was scarce everywhere so I placed a custom order for my 2022 F-150 King Ranch with Steven S who was a complete rock star. I can admittedly be a pest with these things, I was super excited to get my truck and bugged him for updates and Steven made sure to always respond quickly and truthfully, get changes made when needed. But the thing I'm most grateful for is 100% honesty. We went through the order and figures months ago, including a ballpark value on my trade and when it came to delivery everything communicated remained 100% true...actually worked out to be a couple bucks cheaper per month! Ordering was smooth, negotiations were smooth, finance was smooth, delivery was smooth. Long story short, I was dreading buying a new car again after several terrible prior experiences and even more so buying during a market like this, that's clearly a seller's market, but Steven and Salerno Duane earned a customer for life through their honesty.
