Veterans FordReviews
Veterans Ford review
We have a Ford Fusion since 2017 and it has been fantastic vehicle for us. In past week we had repair done on fixing the electronic security system, connected to the edge of driver door that was not operating correctly. Josh helped me with identifying the issue and also Jack. Veterans Ford did their analysis and tests to get to the root cause with their specialized technicians in the electronics area. We were very concerned as this issue is very critical for us to function correctly. I am so happy that the Ford team at Veterans got it fixed and all is running perfectly again. Because the issue was intermittent it made the challenge even more difficult - so my thanks goes to the whole team who made this repair a success. The team there takes the time to listen and help their customers to the very best of their ability. When I was in Ireland I went with my Dad to a Ford dealer there, where he bought his first car a Ford Anglia. Ever since then we have stayed with Ford for many years. I was given ride to and from my home a few miles away. I have no hesitation in recommending Veterans Ford to any customer. Patrick O’Brien

Karl Flammer FordReviews
Karl Flammer Ford review
My wife and I recently bought a 2022 Bronco from Karl Flammer Ford and worked with Greg Hiland. He was low-pressure, professional, and genuinely fun to deal with. We joked and laughed through the whole process, but he stayed focused and made sure everything went smoothly. Greg really went out of his way to take care of my wife and I and made the car-buying experience enjoyable instead of stressful. He’s a great guy and a wonderful salesman. The dealership has that friendly, family-owned feel with no hard selling. They did offer a good warranty package which ultimately, I turned it down, but I still received a couple years of free oil changes which was a nice touch! If you’re in the market for a Ford, ask for Greg, you’ll be in very good hands!

Walker Ford review
I recently purchased a brand new 2026 T250 MR from Walker Ford, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, professional, and very well organized. I especially want to highlight Dwayne, who assisted us throughout the process. He was extremely helpful, took the time to understand our needs, and guided us in the right direction with honest and accurate advice. His support made the decision-making process much easier and more comfortable for us. He didn’t just focus on making a sale—he genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience and gained valuable knowledge along the way. Overall, the team was friendly, attentive, and highly professional. I would definitely recommend Walker Ford to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle with confidence.

I would recognize Jorge Colon alongside Ryan Holcomb, while still giving Ryan special recognition for his leadership. A special shout-out to **Ryan Holcomb, Service Drive Manager, and Jorge Colon!** We sincerely appreciate the assistance, professionalism and care they provided during such a stressful situation. Ryan deserves particular recognition. We can certainly see why he holds the position of Service Drive Manager. His leadership, dedication and commitment to customer service truly stood out. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Jorge for his assistance and contributions throughout the process. I only wish this level of customer service extended to our dealership back home in Canada. **Whiteoak Ford Lincoln could certainly learn a thing or two from Walker Ford when it comes to customer care, professionalism and making customers feel valued.** Thank you again to Ryan, Jorge, the technicians and the entire Walker Ford team. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed, and you have certainly left a lasting positive impression on this Canadian family!

BMW of Wesley ChapelReviews
BMW of Wesley Chapel review
It is a genuine please for me to recommend BMW Mini of Wesley Chapel and especially Chad Stephens for his professional service that not only met but exceeded my expectations. He was always readily available via his cell phone or when busy texted to let me know he was working with a client and that he would get back to me as soon as he was available. He also went the extra mile when it came to paying attention to details. I feel that BMW Mini of Wesley Chapel has established a record of responsibility, reliability, promptness and integrity through Chad Stephens and you Alex Senko your financial professional At times, as in many cases, we ran into special circumstances where the outcome relied on the flexibility and promptness of the professionals at BMW Mini of Wesley Chapel. Fortunately, Chad Stephens put the extra effort and time to deliver a positive outcome. I am confident of the quality of profession and excellent customer service Chad and Alex provided as their number one priority. I am pleased to recommend Chad Stephens; he is the best. Sincerely Roger

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

My salesperson was Malcom. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Every single person at this dealership was amazing to work with, even the ones who weren’t working on my sale specifically. The finance person, the manager, other salespeople, pretty much every employee I came into contact with was great to me. My biggest fear was being lowballed on my trade in. That DIDN’T happen!!!! I was offered a reasonable value that I didn’t have to try and negotiate. What I expected to get on trade in value was within less than $1000 difference. From phone conversations to in person experiences, this dealer proved to be top notch! Would absolutely work with the staff at Brandon Ford again!!

I have both of my Fords serviced by Brandon Ford Quick Lane. Bought one of there new. I am pleased with the service I receive which is why I return there whenever service is needed. Besides, I believe there's nothing better than a dealer maintained vehicle. They know their cars better than the local garage. Is it convenient? Not always, but I trust Brandon Ford to do it right the first time, every time. My cars are 2011 and 2015. I haven't run into a refusal of service so I don't know what that's about. Maybe because its been routine maintenance. My Fords run great because of Brandon Ford. No one else will ever service them!

CarMax Town Center review
This was the easiest car buying experience I have had. They took me to the car I was interested in. Keys were there, we drove it right away. The price was competitive, the financing was lightning quick. They washed it while I was signing and I was out of there in under an hour. They even drove me to turn in my rental car so I could just drive my new car home and surprise the family. First class business.

Michael was very nice, polite and also very knowledgeable. He was the best salesperson that I have dealt with in Columbus. This means a lot to us senior citizens.
2023 Ford Explorer review
I have a 2023 Ford Explorer Platinum, and I purchased it 7 months ago; this vehicle looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable, stylish, and reliable. I am so glad I purchased this vehicle. I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a sun blocker to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.

Ford Spring Hill review
Great Buying Experience! We purchased a 2023 Titanium Edge. Mark was very professional and helpful in the process. They had one vehicle that met our requirements Mark worked with us to get the vehicle. The process was smooth and quick. We purchased our new car from this dealership because of the great service I receive on my F150. I am highly pleased with the entire purchasing event and look forward to many years of great service on our Ford vehicles. Well done to Mark and everyone at Spring Hill Ford.

2023 Ford Explorer review
Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.
