Used 2023 Ford Explorer for sale near Grabill, IN

Straight forward and honest, I asked about a vehicle and was told not to bother it was in rough shape and they made a bad call on taking it in on trade. I was impressed that they told upfront the vehicle was bad I appreciate that they steered me away from a bad deal instead of making a sale first. Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

Had an oil change and some warranty work done today. As always a great experience. My service writer Audry was polite, friendly and efficient. Very good communicator. Never a bad experiance at City Ford!

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

Needed a headlight replaced. Brian and his staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. I was in and out in no time. They even got my dirty car washed. Indeed a pleasure. thank you so much.

Excellent customer service in the buying process. I communicated online with interest in test driving a couple used Fords and Jennifer and team had them ready to go when I arrived. Jennifer was great to work with throughout the whole process. Very responsive, quickly answering any questions I had, and worked diligently to make sure I was all set when purchasing my vehicle. Cole Woods, the service advisor helped me alot. He made sure that my vehicle was fully checked, informed me of my tire issue and gave me a good deal. In addition. When I accidentally locked my keys in the car when I dropped my car off for an oil change. He was able to help get it unlocked and it was free of charge. He is a true example of how an employee should respectfully treat their customers.

My entire experience was great. From the time I was greeted by a manager through the finance office everyone was helpful and friendly. My salesperson Josh Amburgey was Kind, knowledgeable and helpful. And continues to be as I have questions. I ended up stepping up to a Ranger XLT and drove it home! I asked him for business cards for friends that may be shopping in the future and have already handed out one. I had not been there of 11 years and was treated like family! Great experience!
