Matthew and Sharon handle the financial side of our purchase and also was clear on 30-day refund policy and purchase of our Kicks. I would highly recommend this CarMax in Independence; they took time to give us peace of mind on our new Nissan Kicks.

Just bought my new truck from Five Star Ford Lewisville and the experience was hands down the most reputable dealership experience I've ever had. After visiting and speaking with multiple other dealerships in the DFW area, none of them showed me the right truck the way Five Star Ford did. Big shoutout to my salesperson Alex Ruiz — he genuinely listened to what I was looking for and put me on the right truck. No pushing me toward something just to make a sale, no trying to upsell me on things I didn't need, just an honest effort to find the truck that actually fit what I was looking for. A big thank you to Jackson Velasquez who was also great to work with throughout the process. As well as Jacob Freeman who helped make the deal happen. The whole experience was professional from start to finish. No weird feelings, no high-pressure tactics, no games. They respected what I wanted and worked with me to make it happen.
