Went for an oil change, left with a new car. While we were waiting for my wife's car to be serviced, I spoke with Tyler about a 2025 Subaru Forester Sport that was on the lot. Tyler was extremely helpful and personable! He was training Donovan and brought him along for our "check" ride. Donovan was great as well. He entertained my 14 yr old with soccer stories once he found out my son loved soccer. The entire experience, from Tyler to Donovan to Tony in finance was superb! My wife enjoyed Carrissa's professionalism and eagerness to help! We love Subaru Port Richey. It's about an hour drive for us, but it's so worth it! They're doing things right when it comes to customer service!

That made my day especially after hitting a USPS van mirror, making me already an hour + late. Yes, my mirror connected with a USPS, mirror😏. I explained why i was late. He said we have you! He answered all of my numerous questions (as a first car buyer you can only imagine that I had quite a few LOL) and very curteously offered me the assistance I needed, without being pushy.
