Bill Kay Buick GMC review
I had major work done on my car and I couldn?t be happier with the turnout. I had my transmission replaced along with a couple other issues on my 2017 vehicle. It took a while for the entire thing to get completed, but I was given status updates throughout the process. I picked up my vehicle late last night (5:45 pm). I was surprised the service manager was still there and he took the time to go over everything that had been done to my vehicle. The total price was slightly lower than what I was I was told it would be at the start. I was very happy and wasn?t expecting that. My car is driving great today and so far I?m extremely happy with the result from my service experience. I?m very appreciative of the help I was given and the customer service I received. 2025 Ford Explorer review
This Explorer replaces a 2017 I loved. That car is still in the family. The Platinum Edition is fabulous, lots of bells and whistles. I choose to turn off the lane management system. It is somewhat aggravating. The automatic on off at stoplights can be irritating when you have a lot of stoplights. I will turn this feature off when I’m in traffic at a lot of lights. Otherwise, I keep it on. There is a great deal of new technology on the vehicle which is located on the center screen. It was not hard to learn, and although I’ve had this vehicle for a month I’m still learning a few things. This vehicle is a six seater with heated and ventilated seats. The back windows have screens, which is great when your transporting little children and anyone else the seats also have an automatic fold. This car will move quickly great pick up and even with a new car around town, I’m getting 20 1/half miles per gallon on regular gas. Although being a six seater, it is not too big. I had looked at a jeep which ran a good $13,000 more for the same features. The new body style on the Jeep was not appealing to a family member so we stuck with the Ford.

Our salesperson, Robert was the best. We never felt more taken care of; Robert has great customer skills. As a former customer service worker I look for this. We found the car online, Called LL and Robert showed us the vehicle that afternoon. We loved it! The process was smooth and easy. We had to find a PNC bank in the area and he helped us find one. We went to a Honda dealership to get a key made as the car we bought was not a Lincoln. The customer service there was atrocious and I never ever want to go there again. I knew I had to write a review for Robert at LL as I want great customer service rewarded. Thanks again for a good experience.

2025 Ford Explorer review
I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum with the 3.0 liter 6 cyclinder. The car has lots of power and drives well. It has lots of acceleration and easily pulls a 5000 lb trailer. Things I like about the car: 1. Heated and cooled front massage seats. On a long drive the massage seats are fabulous! 2. Very good radio/sound system 3. Wireless Apple/Android connectivity 4. Lots of cargo space What I dislike: 1. Gas mileage between 19-22 mpg 2. Lane departure system annoying 3. Had a rattle noise in the front of the car at 9000 miles that the dealer could not find. At 11,000 miles, the rattle mysteriously went away. No idea what is going on here. 4. Sometimes when I open the rear hatch, the chime sounds loudly, The next time it does not sound at all. Wish I could just turn it off. ??

I upgraded from a 2017 Explorer Sport to a 2025 Explorer ST. It handles better. It sounds better. It is faster. The interior is way better. The seats hug you. The infotainment system is fast and works really well.

2025 Ford Explorer review
Driving experience is great. Either engine is plenty of power but even the base 2.3l is very fast. Rear wheel drive bias is noticeable in driving dynamics making it fun to drive. The new Google based infotainment system one of the best in the industry in my opinion.. Almost don't even need a phone with how smart it is. Blue cruise is very convenient for long monotonous highway drives if equipped

Sales Consultant LaShinda John answered every question I had via email and then, for financing, by phone so that I walked in with the exact make, model and trim I wanted waiting for me to test drive and pre-approved for financing. About two weeks, I was in need of another used pre-owned vehicle. I like Fords. So I stopped in at Ford of Homewood on a Saturday. DeFOUW BMW Chevrolet review
DeFouw replaced the bleeder valve at no cost, since it was a recall, but did not go further to check the brake system. When I brought it back in to say it was not fixed they told me that the booster pump was bad but that it had to be ordered from Tennessee, which would take a week. This delay, which could have been fixed by ordering it the first time I came in, is now costing me an additional $600 to rent a car for our vacation, in addition to the $750 it is costing me to replace the booster pump. I am not happy that this has happened. The reason I brought it in the first time was so that it would be ready for vacation. Maybe there was no way to avoid this problem, but it sure looks like it could have been avoided.
