So pleased with the experience and constant contact. He was always quick to respond. Also worked with Patrick Moody in finance and he broke it all down for me when I wanted warranty options. He was helpful in comparing different plans side by side.

I special ordered a new truck. The truck after waiting 4 months came in missing an upgrade package that I paid for. They gave me the option to return the truck, and reorder it or refund the cost of the package that was missing. They stood behind the screwup, and gave me what I thought were choices that were reasonable. I believe they are honest and willing to do the right thing.

I bought a 2018 Escape in Oct. 2021 with 33000 miles. I'm very satisfied with the vehicle. The staff have been very helpful even as I returned to the dealership with questions. Kensie and Damon deserve credit for their service. The deal was just ok, but it was done during the height of the pandemic, they had to find me what I wanted, and inventory was in short supply. Overall a positive experience.
