He was personable, professional, clear, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood exactly what I was choosing. Before coming here, I walked out of two other dealerships because the experience felt dismissive and draining. Grand Prairie Ford was the complete opposite. He called me later that afternoon. After that very calm conversation, he gave me very solid reassurances that a different Ford dealership had lied to me about some things.. I already had pre approved financing at my credit union, so this was a fairly straight forward process. Mel made this process so easy. I'm not a youngster with no experience.
