Lexus of TowsonReviews
Lexus of Towson review
Many of us have found buying a new or used car, can be a very frustrating and negative experience. However, my wife and I just had the most pleasant and positive car buying experience ever, in purchasing our Certified Pre-Owned 2025 Lexus RX 350 from Lexus of Towson, all as a result of our Sales Consultant Jonathan Butler! Jonathan was the most professional, knowledgeable, and responsive automotive salesperson we have ever come in contact with. While for the most part, the staff at Lexus of Towson were always professional, helpful and very pleasant to deal with, for the exception for one Manager, Jonathan consistently exceeded our car buying expectations. Without a doubt, Jonathan Butler was the primary reason we decided to purchase our CPO RX 350 from Lexus of Towson, as apposed to numerous other dealers in our area! If you are in the market, or just thinking of purchasing a Lexus vehicle, do yourself a favor, and contact Jonathan Butler at Lexus of Towson, you will not be disappointed! Anthony Delauney
2016 Ford Explorer review
2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

CarMax Independence Boulevard review
We were interested in a vehicle at CarMax about 275 miles from where we live. We paid to have the car delivered to the location near us. There was nothing specific that the CarMax dealer did other than be sure the car was moved as quickly as possible. We did not visit the location where the car was being offered and the car was not delivered to our home.

Best car I’ve ever owned. Does everything I want//need it to do. Always starts in the morning. I’ve been camping with it and slept inside the car. Plenty of room

The dealership had the vehicle I was looking for waiting on me when I arrived at the dealership. There was not a lot of game playing with purchase price and trade value.
2022 Ford Explorer review
I have a 2022 Ford Explorer King Ranch, and I purchased it 13 months ago; this vehicle looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable, stylish, and reliable. I am so glad I purchased this vehicle. I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a collapsable windshield cover to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.

2020 Ford Explorer review
I currently own a 2020 Ford Explorer XLT (used, bought with 50k miles). Before this I used to own a 2015 BMW X3 Xdrive28i. Now people reading this would be astounded to hear such a bad review for a german luxury vehicle. IT. WAS. TRASH. Sorry, BMW fanboys, but that is true. Anyways, coming back to the Explorer, it was a lot, lot better. Better mileage, Better comfort, A ton of space to even pack up to 5 large suitcases and five big boxes with only the third row down. Considerable performance and power for a massive three row SUV, compared to a “apocalypse ready, tough and rugged” Jeep Wrangler. Very sturdy car, fun to drive around. And really handy when you’re like me who decided to hit the road from Miami, FL to Cypress, TX (😁). I was worried whether evreything would fit in, but apparently there was way more space than that! Also if you are a parent with an infant, you will have NO problem fitting in a child seat. Another thing is that I use an iPhone and my wife uses a Samsung. It is compatible with both carplay and android auto. Now the best part: this is the most stylish SUV under $30k I have ever seen except for a Jeep Grand Cherowkee. My final verdict: The best, affordable, 6-7 seater SUV you can get on the auto market. And I am saying this not only from a driver-standpoint, but a parent as well. I have read other people’s reviews, and some will disagree with me. But after all, it is an automobile. Whether it be a million dollar Rolls-Royce or a Bugatti or a Ford, it is still developing. I am proud of what Ford can do. I highly recommend to those who are looking for a reliable and safe car, buy a Ford. They are incredible.

Safford Hyundai FairfaxReviews
Safford Hyundai Fairfax review
I had work done on my Hyundai Sonata on February 17, 2025 and Josh Durdaller was the Service Advisor. Josh was very courteous & greeted me cheerfully as I approached the desk to do the paperwork for maintenance on my car. Later on he let me know that certain services needed to be done on my car to keep it in good working order. He patiently explained all the work that needed to be done and how long it had been since I had had those services performed. And Josh was right - the services he recommended did need to be done. I trust Josh because I have worked with him throughout the years and he always been honest and straightforward with me. He is very professional in his work. You have my permission use my review any way you see fit. Sam McCrea

Best Ford, other than a pickup, I've ever owned. Minor issues and recalls. All fixed or checked expertly here in Woodbridge VA. Only 80,000 miles. All highway. Tows a trailer perfectly straight. 4X4 with tow package. Getting ready to sell. Nobody else in the house to use it ! Lol

Criswell Chevrolet GMCReviews
Criswell Chevrolet GMC review
Jordan Pope the Criswell service advisor provided provided prompt and courteous customer service. The Criswell service technician did great work as always. I checked the new mobil one synthetic oil after the oil change and the engine cooled off at home in the garage and it was nice and clean and right on the full mark. Since Criswell through in a free car wash because of a minor paper work issue, i spent a couple days detailing the car inside and our and waxing it and our 2019 Buick Envision Essence with only 70,000 mile on it looks like brand new. Been getting my cars serviced at Criswell Chevrolet since 1978 almost 50 years now. After testing cars and trucks for governments contractors, I can say that Criswell is the best place for customer service and maintenance on my cars. My first experience with Criswell was with Gil Keller the former service mgr there and current truck sales rep for Criswell in Clarksburg on 355. Back when economic times were trying he saved me a lot of money on a major repair on my old 71 Chevy with 283 cu in V-8.. I will never forget his strong to to me as a customer and have been going back to Criswell ever since..

Waldorf Ford is an amazing dealership with outstanding sales representatives who genuinely try to help you find the right vehicle. I had a great experience working with Malcolm. He was humble, professional, patient, and always focused on presenting the best options for my needs. His approach made the entire experience feel comfortable and trustworthy. I am strongly considering Waldorf Ford for my next Ford F-150 Raptor purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dealership experience.

Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

Alexandria Toyota review
After viewing a vehicle online that I was interested in, I contacted the dealership to make sure the vehicle was still available. I was contacted by a salesman, Lamin Mathews, who worked with me to make sure all my questions and concerns were resolved. I decided to drive the 75 to 85 miles to the dealership. Lamin met me there and showed me the vehicle with a test drive that answered all my questions at that time. We decided to purchase the vehicle which was two years old and were transferred to Briana Grimes who handled all the financial/closing issues related to the sale. She could not have been any more helpful. Lamin finished up with setting our phone GPS up on the radio communication system to get us home safely. Both Lamin and Briana have worked with us since to resolve any questions that we had. At my age, 83, that can be frustrating to young people. Neither showed any signs of being annoyed or frustrated. We appreciated that very much. Everyone, including Lamin, Briana and the dealership deserve the highest ratings possible and we appreciate their service to us.
2022 Ford Explorer review
I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

Fitzgerald Subaru of Gaithersburg review
I visited Fitzgerald Subaru in March of 2021 to test drive their offerings. I was treated very well by my sales reps Michael Dejesus and Shania Leguen. They both did an awesome job. AS a first time car buyer I had some anxiety based on how I have heard most dealerships operate, but this was painless. I chose a new Subaru Forester and am very happy with my purchase. The purchasing went very smooth due to the professionalism of Eric Abramson. Overall a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to make explore a new or used vehicle.
2023 Ford Explorer review
Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

Amazing communication. Nicely located. Well organized. Everyone we met was positive and not pushy. Jordyn is incredible! He answered our questions well and knew exactly who to ask if he wasn’t sure. Many helpful tips too. I hadn’t been vehicle shopping in a long time, but Jordyn and others made it a much better experience than I anticipated.

I recently applied for a car from thrifty auto Sales In Westfield, Massachusetts, I received a call back from Mike. He wasn't a pushy salesman. He just actually was. I still interested in a vehicle which I was I've held off for six months without a car. I took a chance and I AM totally satisfied with the service Mike kept Istrate open and honest and I walked out with a 2021 Toyota Camry. I am very pleased with them. I would recommend them to anyone. I have troubled credit but they still worked with me. Thank you, Mike.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

Safford Mazda SterlingReviews
Safford Mazda Sterling review
I had an excellent experience working with Eddie throughout my car-buying journey. For nearly six months, he was incredibly patient and supportive as I searched for the right vehicle, whether new or pre-owned. Even when we couldn't find the perfect match right away, Eddie stayed in touch and consistently kept me informed about new opportunities that fit my needs. Making such a significant purchase was not an easy decision for me, but Eddie never pressured me. He took the time to answer my questions, provide honest information, and help me feel comfortable throughout the process. The price negotiation was straightforward, efficient, and focused on finding a fair deal without wasting time. What really stood out was Eddie's communication. He was always responsive, both before and after the sale, and continued to answer my questions even after I had purchased the vehicle. His knowledge of Mazda vehicles is impressive, and his great sense of humor made the entire experience much more enjoyable. If I ever need another Mazda in the future, Eddie will be the first person I contact. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful salesperson.
