Ladies, ask for Jimmy Briseno! For the FIRST TIME we found a salesman who answered MY questions and catered to ME when buying a car! The minute my husband told him it would be my car Jimmy went above and beyond to show me multiple options, all while really listening to what I liked/disliked about each car I test drove. He was patient without being pushy and didn't treat me like I was silly just because I'm female--absolutely recommend!

I spent some time looking at cars and just not finding anything I loved, then I went to Norman Hyundai and worked with Gabe. He listened to my wants and needs, then presented me with an option I never would have considered. PLUS he was patient, answered my questions, understood my buying perimeters, and fought for me to get the deal I wanted. I am happy to say that I bought a (pre-loved) Mercedes GLB 250 from him!

My husband and I went in to buy our car. The 2024 Tucson. It was literally my perfect car. We were Instantly greeted by Joshua! This man helped us get the car I wanted without any hassle. Everyone who helped us was so kind and patient while all the paperwork was being filed and negotiated. 10/10 will recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

With God's and Mia's help I was able to purchase a 2015 Ford Focus. Thank you again Mia for being an excellent salesperson. I will definitely recommend CarMax to my friends.

CarMax Texas Stadium (Irving) review
Bought a car here. After several years I traded it in and bought another. Values were fair on my trade-ins. Vehicles on the website are really the ones they have on the lot. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.
