I contacted JNM online and received an quick response followed by a phone call and a pleasant conversation. The SUV I was interested in was available and the price was semi-negotiable. We went and met Muhammad, drove the vehicle alone, negotiated a fair price, got paperwork for my bank, returned the next day and drove it home. JNM fixed a few minor problems with the vehicle overnight. The whole experience was pleasant and personal. I highly reccommend Ali and Muhammad when you go to purchase your next used vehicle, they were great!

I bought my F 150 Lariet new in September 2008. It has been a good truck. I have a problem with what the dealer says is a fan behind the dashboard. When using A/C or fan control I get an annoying rattle from the dash. The dealer quotes $1,500. For repairs. This is outrageous. I can't believe I am the only owner with this issue. Should maybe be under recall?

I found Seattle Auto Inc online while looking for a car. The car I viewed was exactly how it was described online. I bought a 2009 Hyundai Sante Fe. The price was fair and in good condition. Ayham had other cars, newer and financing available if I wanted. I am happy with my cash purchase. When I'm ready to upgrade I will come back. =)

I again made the trip from Yakima to Portland for a great deal on a quality used car. The "Team" of Vince, Israel and Pam are able to provide well-maintained vehicles at a very reasonable and fair price. Very positively recommend Powell Motors if looking for a quality used rig at a fair price.

It is very clean. Has everything you could want in a truck. Drives great. It has bluetooth for a phone but are not able to figure our how it works. This is a second car for hauling our trout fishing boat.

Chris was great. Honest and accommodating. He stayed late to help get paperwork done and was easy, not pushy at all. Although, the check wngine light did come on during the drive home, it was expected and discussed ahead of time as they were able to work on the price with me a little. Would do business with Supreme Auto again.

As I write this it is 12 years old I’ve got 78 thousand miles and so far I’ve done to it is 2 tire changes and 2 battery’s and normal oil changes. So far it’s been an outstanding truck one of the best I have owned and I’ve owned several of them all right this truck pretty high

I have been looking for transportation for my son for at least a month. Not in a hurry right now, but out of all the places I have been, I am most impressed with Das. Skylar was the online contact and was very responsive and works in the office. Angie was friendly and we enjoyed a nice multi speed test drive in my favorite Honda CRV. I think she has been there 29 years, and that give me confidence. I also like they provide clean Carfax papers on all the cars. The manager was very knowledgeable and was able to provide additional information on the different transmissions available, and explained ones I would not want and why. I had read about transmission issues on a year and he knew about it and explained! Yay! Have not purchased yet but would confidently when we find the right car. The location was clean and staff informative. I will keep them on speed dial for our next purchase.

I recently bought a truck long distance. Brad quickly arranged a virtual test drive after I expressed interest in the vehicle. He was very upfront with any issues it had and sent me all of the pictures and documentation I asked for. I had financing ready when we arrived after a 13 hour road trip with three young kids. The truck was ready to go so we only spent about half an hour total at the dealership. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

I called Metter Ford that Monday afternoon and spoke to Grant Gilbert and asked him about a certain truck and he invited us to come see him and test drive the truck and if I wanted to, drive it for a couple of days. At first, I was hesitant about going to Auto Place Inc. due to the past reviews that people have written. I decided to take a chance with them, which was the best decision. When I arrived, I showed them the three trucks I wanted to look at, and they handed me the keys to them. They let me take my time looking at them and test-driving each truck. The team was not sitting over me like most dealers do. If I had questions about something, I went into the office to ask, and they answered everything I asked. I could take as long as I wanted and did not feel pressured to buy a truck from them. At the end of the day, I bought a 2015 Ram from them. The one thing that came up after I purchased the truck and was driving it home was that I started getting a vibration in the front end when applying the brakes. When I got home, I checked the brakes out and saw they were worn and needed replacement. I knew I bought the truck “AS IS,” but I still sent them an email about the issue, and the following day, when they were open, they called me and said they were sorry to hear about the issue and we wanted to take care of it for me. They did not have to consider that because I bought it “AS IS.” So, I drove it back to them, and not only did they replace the front brakes and rotors for me, but they also replaced the back ones. That is fantastic customer service, and I would recommend Auto Place Inc. to anyone looking for a used vehicle. The one negative thing I have for them is that they do not offer a CARFAX report on the vehicle.

I only asked about a car they have online. They answered my email promptly and provided all the info I asked for.
