Had the truck a few months and have had more compliments than any vehicle I’ve ever driven. Just a sharp vehicle inside and out. Love the 2.7 engine and the leather interior and all the space both front and back.

Needed a change from the old Cadillac SUV, visited Imperial and met Ach, an energetic salesman who showed us choices and we settled on the Tucson Hybrid. Dealership was solid, impressed by Ach and we love the car, very pleased.

24000 miles Crew cab 4x4 - for me, the perfect match between comfort, styling, and utility. Truck has a soft bed cover that allows me to expose as much of the bed as I need. Easy to retract and close.

We had a poor credit rating, and Advanced Auto Sales was the only place who gave us hope. Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable salesman and finance. When we went to pick up our car, everyone there was happy for us. I highly recommend them.

Great vehicle. I was not used to not having a printed owner’s manual. But, with continued and diligent use of the onboard screen and its videos and owner’s manual has answered all questions and issues. Love this pickup.

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

The power, of the smallest engine, the 2.7 V6, Twin Turbo, is excellent. My average gas mileage is near 22 mpg. I am using Sheetz 88 Octane fuel. The 2021 F 150, XL/STX, Super Cab, FX4, has been a decent truck so far! I had some issues with the optional POWER GENERATOR,..and apparently, it's now fixed!? I may get a truck camper put on the bed!? However, it can be either a good hauler, or towing vehicle! My unit has the optional towing package.

I had a very good experience at METRO WEST AUTO SALES. The girl who works the front desk, YANA, was very helpful and pleasant. She answered all my my questions and got the sale done fast and easy. I had a few minor issues that needed to be looked at after the sale. A man named JIM was very helpful to get the issues straightened out very quickly. While many dealerships say they really care about making customers happy, Albrecht CDJR is a gold standard dealership for customer satisfaction. They agreed to fix a problem with my Durango that was not their fault because it was an OEM issue. Stellantis should have issued a recall on my radio but they haven't yet. Making me happy was more important to them than pointing fingers, and they fixed the issue at no charge. They are the type of dealership that you can trust because they play the long game, and they really do want customers for life. It's too bad that there aren't more dealerships like them.

my experience here was great. my sales person Matt Waters could not have been better. He made the entire experience efficient. The finance team was ok even though I had to go back in to sign the paperwork but it was still a great experience overall. I love my MDX.
