This truck has been extremely reliable. 249641 miles to date and no major issues. I keep it serviced and I work it hard. I pull a loaded gooseneck trailer every day. The only issues I have, 1; exhaust manifold on driver's side just cracked this week. 2; Ford needs desperately to fix the fueling problems on gas trucks. Charcoal canister and vent hose clogging is extremely irritating. I had an 05, 5.4 liter that did this as well. Pump half a gallon and gas blows back and pump shuts off. Takes forever to fill up. And I fill up almost daily! Time is money!!! Ford has had plenty of time to come up with a fix for this. But as of yet, nothing!! Fix that problem and I would absolutely love this truck.

I love my new truck, homestead motors did a great job I heard a little noise in the front end all it needed was greased a little bit they jumped right on it and showed me how everything worked first day owning it and put it right to work has a trailer hooked to it right now and it’s super comfortable!

This Review all about Sharr Garza! She is the only person you want to deal with at this location. The patience and time she took explaining things to me was above and beyond appreciated. She communicated and even double checked my car and found things the collision shop missed and I wasn’t even upset about it because she was honest, upfront, and got everything ordered and fixed right away! She really makes it a point to make sure the customer is fully taken care of and satisfied with their service! As far as I’m concerned she should be the Manager of this location! Employees there could really learn a lot from the way she does things.

It has the 6.7l PowerStroke diesel and is a beast. It pulls my 40 foot 5th wheel easily. Fuel economy is good except when towing. Very reliable and never in the shop except for normal service.

I am a contractor who travels two to three hours in any direction and will pull trailers and equipment. So, I needed a truck with plenty of power and engine longevity. I determined what I needed was a used truck with at least a 3/4 ton capacity with a good size Diesel engine that had not been ragged out. So, that’s what I found. I located a 2012 Ford F-250 Lariat with a 6.7 Power Stroke engine bearing 121488 miles. The truck had new tires and was in, what I considered, great visible shape despite its age. To make the truck even more appealing it had been retro-fitted with remote activated air bags and pump that can be inflated when a heavy load (i. e., fifth-wheel trailer) is attached. The 4x4 works great and can either be electronically activated on-the-fly or the hubs can be locked either way. If I get in a position where I lose traction I can pull the same button out and lock the differential to give me more traction without being in four wheel drive. I have only pulled one sixteen foot trailer with sawed asphalt and can say it pulls like a dream. So, so far so good. The only thing I really don’t like is the added maintenance and up keep you have with owning a Diesel engine. The price was a little high as any diesel will be.

All I can say is GREAT things for this company and Andy Rosales as a salesman. I came here looking for a low mileage nice Golf. I didn’t have an appointment but Andy Rosales came out right away and came across as an acquaintance/friend rather than a salesman right off the bat, and didn’t try to push a sale on me at all. Just asked if I wanted to look and test drive some. I test drove 4 cars, and Andy was super nice about letting me test drive all the vehicles I wanted to look at. they had 3 options on site and another at another location here in the springs. I just came to test drive the first day and was planning on going home and sleeping on it. And they had no problem with that and just provided a phone number to reach out. No pushy salesman tactics you see at most auto dealers, by the salesman, manager, or financing manager. I came back the next morning to talk numbers. I did my research on the vehicle and they were very transparent with me throughout the whole process. Like any dealership, negotiation skills are helpful, but I truly believe based off my experience that this dealership is truly not out to scam you. I got the EXACT car I wanted, for a veryyy competitive price. I am 100% coming back here as far as I’m concerned.

If your looking for a diesel in Hampton Roads this is the place. Most dealerships have one maybe two. They have a WHOLE lot full of trucks and there is no way u come out of there without finding one that fits what ur looking for. Both in price and style/model. As soon as I got there I was greeted by Jason and he gave me the run down on all the trucks there in my price range. Looked at a few, took a test drive, and was out the door within an hour as happy as can be. BONUS: my wife discovered there was an issue with the sunroof. Jason made sure it would be fixed (in writing) prior to purchasing. I also got feel that if you go there for a vehicle and find anything wrong they would do the same thing.
