There is always a sense of trepidation when going into buying a new car. Whatever concerns I had quickly disappeared as we could not have received any better customer service than what we received at Jarrett Ford. From our salesperson Raymond, to Dennis who also helped with the sales process, to Krista who kept our best interests in mind with the financing, Jarrett Ford made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived at the dealership. By the end of the experience, we felt like we were dealing with friends and not salespeople. I highly recommend visiting Jarrett Ford if you're looking for a friendly, no-hassle experience.

LAKELAND GENESIS review
I was reviewing dealerships service histories to help a friend, and came upon Lakeland Hyundai and Genesis. I had previously responded to numerous Genesis surveys but never responded to cars.com or other auto website reviewers which caused me to decide to do one for Lakeland Hyundai/Genesis. I have purchased three "Genesis" from now Lakeland Genesis. The first in 2009 was a Genesis under the Hyundai brand. That was eventually traded for a 2015 Hyundai Genesis, which was eventually traded for a 2023 Genesis G80 from their new dealership location. Each newer vehicle was improved from the previous vehicle with newer technology and safety equipment. All were trouble free, very comfortable, well performing, economical vehicles. All the maintenance for all 3 vehicles over 14 years were performed by Lakeland Hyundai/Genesis. The service staff were always pleasant, and the service was performed as expected generally on a timely basis. Although there were a couple of recalls during that period, I had no mechanical problems with any of the 3 vehicles. I did however purchase the extended service plan with each vehicle for the regular maintenance. I did have a question with the recently purchased vehicle service interval of 8000 miles, but they assure me that with the newest synthetic lubricants that has become the standard oil change interval.

2024 Ford F-250 review
