McDavid FordReviews
McDavid Ford review
Going in for a Ford and coming out with my dream ram was not what I was expecting from a Ford dealership, but that kind of versatility is what one can expect coming from David McDavid Ford in fort worth. Coming from the cold northern winters and ever salted roads of Wisconsin growing up, I was eager to see what a southern state had to offer for used vehicles. I had gotten a recommendation for David McDavid Ford from my brother who had an excellent experience aswell with our new salesman, and dare I say. friend, Jason Reed, who had listend and made note of every little detail of what we wanted, and our budgets, to make sure we were put into the PERFECT trucks. I have never felt more welcome and taken care of outside of a family holiday. If your in the market, and your even remotely close to the area, making a trip to David McDavid Ford in Fort Worth, Texas is a MUST for a new or used vehicle. And if your lucky enough to land on the other side of the desk from Jason, skip the casino for a while because you just hit the jackpot!

Trust Auto review
We sold our SUV to Trust Auto, and dealt with Nemat Yuldashev. Once we agreed on the price, the rest was easy, especially since we don't live in MD. He was very responsive and professional, and the deal was completed in a timely manner. We are very happy with the process and would recommend using this company.

Castle Rock Chevrolet GMCReviews
Castle Rock Chevrolet GMC review
This review is for the service department- especially Noah Hernandez (but also for Michael). We recently brought our 2018 GMC Acadia down for oil charge and asked them to look at the AC system as it had been struggling in the recent heat wave.A few other items were discovered during the process that would’ve added up to around $6000 out of pocket if we hadn’t had a warranty in place.Originally Michael was helping us but handed us off to Noah as he had a family emergency pop up. Noah was outstanding in handling our service and especially in dealing with our newly acquired extended warranty policy. He got our claim going and was very communicative with us and also with the warranty group. I’m sure we were kind of annoying sometimes but he took it all in stride and explained and handled everything. Thanks for all your help, Noah!

The service department was great about keeping me informed about how things were going. It was a warranty transmission repair, and they provided me with a car to drive while my was being repaired. It was just a little rough to be without my car for 3 weeks, but I knew from daily updates how things were going which helped a lot.

Classic Ford review
Great group to work with. Austin was excellent in the presentation and overall experience of my purchase. He made us feel like royalty and that is great customer service. Hard to find that nowadays. Ryan gave me the best price. I shopped around and Classic was the best deal. The service department was excellent as well. Brad got my truck in same day and installed a new part for me. I can’t emphasize enough how much I appreciate the quality of service and attention that Classic Ford gave me. Austin,Ryan and Brad….thank you !!

Ken Ganley Ford Parma review
I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Kristy! From the very beginning, she was absolutely amazing—friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle. She never made me feel pressured or rushed, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my decision. I am absolutely in love with my new Ford Escape! It is exactly what I was looking for, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Kristy made the entire process so much easier, and the experience was great even with my two young kids with me, which is not something you always get when buying a car! If you are looking for a new vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend asking for Kristy. She is truly a gem and made me feel like more than just a customer. I drove away feeling confident that I made the right choice, and I am so grateful for all of her help. Thank you so much, Kristy, for making my car-buying experience such a wonderful one! ❤️🚙
