From start to finish...Eric was professional, knowledgeable and so NOT your average car salesman (sorry guys). No game playing, no guessing. Did all he could to get me what I wanted and needed. It's no wonder I've been dealing with him and Robert Chevrolet for 14 years. Buying and or leasing can be stressful... but not here! A lot of inventory available, nice showroom and nice waiting area.
My experience at this dealer was very good. Howard was very knowledgeable, professional, and straight forward with all avenues of the sale (no surprises). He helped me set-up my Bluetooth and went through the car (2015 CRV) with me.
Walked in looking for a great car at a reasonable price and walked out the same day driving a certified 2015 RDX. I dealt with Paul Williams ad he was a complete gentleman. Not pushy, candid and a pleasant all around. I took the car to my normal mechanic to verify what I purchased and he said I got a great car! Thanks Bay Shore.
This was our fourth Acura from Acura of Bayshore (first lease) and the reason we keep coming back is because of the courtesy, professionalism and honesty of this dealership. Anthony Fratantoni, our salesman and Carlton, the Manager, were very easy to deal with and accommodating to our needs. No tricks, no "let me talk to my manager for half hour" and no pressure. Anthony wanted to know my needs for a new vehicle and the most cost effective way for me to get what I want at a fair price. No question I will be further recommending Acura of Bayshore to family, friends and co-workers. Finance Manager was also easy to deal with. No games, hidden fee's or "crazy math". What you negotiate, is what you get; professional honesty the entire buying process. Moreover, the service department is also fantastic. Tim and team go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied.
I have had many vehicles in my lifetime with that being said, I can honestly tell you I have seen them all the scammers the xxxxxxxx the bait and switch adding fee's to your loan after you signed a contract. Well this place Certified Headquarters I have to say is the best I have ever been to. I called them asked them about a vehicle no games or tactics were played. I drove about 1 hour out of my way by passing all these other morons that I know will rip me off. I have to say I am glad I did we were met wit professionals from the sales floor all the way to the finance department. I dealt with Steve, and Jay. Very down to earth people the entire staff made us a family of 5 welcome and felt at home. We were in/out in under 1 hour and drove home that day with a great vehicle. It's been about 6 months now and they still call my home to ask how everything is going. They also remind me if I have any problems just call they will work with me. purchased 0n 5/26/2018 and love how we were treated every dealer and car sales company should work this way. No pressure just honest good people thank you all at Certified we are updating a review to show how thankful we are happy holidays. Best cars best deals next time when I am in the market I know where to go.
I came in to lease a Rogue not really knowing what to expect but hopeful considering the good reviews that Nemet has. Thankfully I had a great experience. From the service to the price I paid, I'm absolutely satisfied. When I walked in, Charlie was right there to greet my wife and I. He sat us down and listened to what exactly we were looking for as well as what we were looking to do. He gave us a run down of the Rogue along with a nice test drive. When we got back we got started on paperwork after agreeing on a price and from there it was essentially a hop skip and a jump into our new Rogue. It was far more pleasant and timely than I ever expected and we thank both Charlie and Nemet Motors for their wonderful service!
We truly appreciate Dominick understanding our situation and making himself available to us to pick up our car on Thanksgiving Eve. Our original salesperson, Brandon was off on the day we wanted to pick up our daughters car, but they arranged for Dominick to fill-in and we are very happy with our purchase and experience... and believe you me, there were some bumps in the road this evening, but Dominick displayed professionalism and patience throughout the entire process. We are happy with our purchased and my daughter is happy with all of the safety features of her new car. We would like to thank the manager Fernando for helping to make this deal happen.

The other employees that we interacted with during our transaction were great as well! The Rye dealership's office space was clean and well organized with a nice waiting/coffee area.
