We have had repetitive issues with a new Corsair we purchased in 2024 for the last seven months. The vehicle has been in and out of the service department. The car was not fixed or temporarily fixed (only for the issue to return the next day) and or denied any mechanical issues existed. We were even told to take the vehicle to another Dealership (Lincoln) as they could not fix or identify/find any problems, but at this point, we did not trust any Lincoln Dealerships due to the consistent gaslighting, fabricating, and inability to repair the vehicle. Instead, we took our car to Capitol Ford/DGDG Group and the service was absolutely what one would expect. Professional, engaging, mechanical experts, honest, caring, and engaging. Finding a 10 passenger van to transport kids for our after school program was a daunting experience. We didn't realize there were so many regulations. They had exactly what we were looking for and a good price. Steve was superful helpful. What I loved about this experience is that there was no sales push and no need to negotiate. From the initial contact in the evening to driving home in a new car before noon the following day. Cody Elemen was great, ( laid back, no pressure and efficient). He got everything squared away on his end before i got there so i could just sign the needed documents and be on my way, wasn't even at the dealership 2hrs total (included test driving the car, running a credit check, securing financing, signing paperwork). They also fueled the tank up all the way which was appreciated. Capital offered a fair deal a few% under msrp and Ford credit got my apr way lower on the loan than any bank rate going these days. Rachel Murphy in finance finished the transaction and didn't rush me thru the process, ( we were done with all of it in under 20 min) and explained what forms were for what and answered any questions I had. I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

It has been a little over 8 months since I purchased my mustang gt from Anytime Auto. I have had to make a couple small repairs but overall I'm still so happy with the service I received and how easy it was to make the whole deal happen. The paperwork was so fast and easy, when they gave me the keys I think I was in partial shock. Since I was coming from out of town they did most of it and had it ready when I arrived which was great. The day I came was the only day I had out of work for around 2 weeks and I had to rush about 2 hours to get there in time to get the car, sign the papers and drive home. Also, with it marked so far under bluebook value, very low miles.. I had to get it. Problem was, I needed to go that day but had nobody to drive my old vehicle back for me so they allowed me to park my old car on their property for a few days until I could have someone come back to pick it up which to me was so helpful and was appreciated. So thank you guys for selling me my dream car. She's runnin so nice and smooth.

The fuel injector went out on my 2019 F150. This is an employee-driven vehicle and I needed to get it back on the road fast, or we'd miss serving clients. Because I have an extended warrantee, the repairs were fully covered. Northbay is down a couple service people, as one of their longtime people just retired, and it's hard to find qualified people to hire in our small city. But they escalated my truck, and got it done in a couple days. It was driving beautifully after that. Marcus, my contact, is awesome at customer service. He is great in person - goes beyond. He was very attentive and very professional in taking care of my car.The car had to sit at the dealership for almost 2 months while they wait for the parts to arrive. I was very apprehensive that my car would have some type of damage or scratch for sitting outside for so long or that some mechanic would want to take the car for a joy ride. Well when the car was ready, Arron washed the car and had me inspect the car. It was perfect like the day i bought it. I waited to give this review for a few months for fear that they did'nt do the work properly. So far everything is fine and no problems.
