This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

Brian James, my service writer very very good customer service. He made sure that all my questions were answered and was very thorough and going over the worksheet when I went to pick up my truck. Would not take my Ford vehicles anywhere else to get service.
