Very comfortable, good performance, nice amenities. Having had the previous version of Sync, the Sync 3 on this model is MILES ahead in user-friendliness and options. The vehicle is very quiet on the highway and excellent on road trips. Very happy with the purchase!

Navigation and options are great. Fordpass app is great for scheduling engine starts and diagnostics. 4 cylinder turbo with auto stop is good for emissions and gas savings
The finance team needs better personnel that is customer oriented and not out for a commission. I really like my car but will not be doing further business with this particular dealer. I should have gotten out of there when I saw another customer lose it with one of the finance reps on the day I went to make my purchase. They put a new rep Carlos, who was begging for me to give them 5 stars, supervised by another guy who was his supervisor who was worse with less knowledge of the details on the plans he was pushing by the name of Andrew. Had to get consumer affairs involved in my case as they would not return my calls.

Great car for my needs. Lots of space, drives beautifully and handles marvelously. Economic fuel usage, and the rear view camera is great. Highly recommend.
We leased a car at Kia Yonkers and here is what happened: 1) car arrived to us with a nail in the tire and we needed to return to dealership to get tire replaced (luckily, they replaced at no charge), 2) the salesperson brought us the car because it took a long time for the car to arrive. Apparently on his way to our place he drove through a toll and never told us and we received the bill for that in the email, 3) they were late in ordering our registration, and we got two tickets for this for a total of $130. I've called several times to ask about this and either voice mails are full or the salespeople don't return my messages.

So far. Really like it. A smooth , passenger friendly vehicle.Less feeling of all the bumps on the road here in Michigan. A lot to learn in terms of operating. It'll take a while. Because the car can do so much.
Being in the hospitality business myself, I am driven by a level of service that creates both a memory and experience. Mercedes Benz of Huntington did not disappoint. Anthony Mastroianna was the sales associate that assisted me from start to finish. His approach was warm and welcoming and at no time during the process did I feel pressured.

Great comfort front and back seats. Display is large enough to see while driving without taking eyes off road to focus....navigation awful. Takes me past places I am looking for, when I use voice commands it calls wrong people, also some buttons so small you really need to make sure you get familiar with vehicle so you can press when needed. Once in a while I detect a hesitation with the tranny, but then it picks up speed again. Trunk one button great feature, twice I stood by it with keys in hand and it started closing on me, I lived. Yes great vehicle. I feel secure and comfortable.

The service at Mercedes-Benz of Huntington is wonderful. Unfortunately, I'm there too often. My 350E gets a flat or blowout frequently - a pot hole or change in weather can trigger. On Thanksgiving Day we got TWO flat tires at once, a trick to handle with only one spare. Tom Palermo handled our service needs quickly and efficiently and made it clear that I am not alone. As often as I get my flats, he assured me that other car owners get theirs far more frequently than me.
This is our second Edge. Great vehicle!

We just bought a new Edge after trading in our 2007 with 195,000 miles. It was a great car and never needed anything beyond routine maintenance. Hope this new one is just as good!
Ron Barahona was a great salesman. Joe G. Sales Manager was also great. Both were easy to work with. This is my Mom's 4th Sonata as she says "this car saved my life". She was involved in an accident sometime ago car was totaled by another driver. She and my Grandmother were saved by the safety and design of this vehicle. Thank you for the experience again. Test drove both the V4 with turbos, don't bother...it's too big of a vehicle and takes 10 years to get up to highway speed. The V6 is much better fit for the size. Very roomy, excellent cargo space. Plenty of leg room in the back seat. I took out the SEL and Titanium and the leather is sharp and nav is easy to use. Prices seem very reasonable for the options you get. My only watch out is that this is a SUV not a cross over. Felt more like my husbands F150 than my Rav4.
As always, Sergio is very helpful. He is awesome. He will work with you and the best thing of all makes sure you are happy and comfortable with your new car. I would highly recommend him and Hudson Hyundai Family.

The truck was great on gas while still providing the power that Ford F-150's are known for. This truck has been incredible. Also has the ability to use Flex Fuel. Oklahoma Edition as well!
This truck is perfect. On the outside, it’s sleek and good looking, and it drives great, with better brakes and acceleration than my last car which was a minivan. The inside of this truck is everything I want, it has nice features like a touch screen that’s easy to navigate, but also an array of buttons so you aren’t stuck relying on a less responsive screen. The seats are large and comfortable and the interior is enormous.
Returning a 2013 VW Passat on a end of lease and was amazed on the personal attention received that I ended up leasing a 2016 Passat. The salesman John BATISTA was great. He was very patient, knowledgeable with the vehicles features and options. A real pleasure to deal with. His general manager Tom was also a very professional and I would highly recommend that you ask for these two gentlemen in person.

Is a great sized SUV. Bigger than the compact suvs, but not a monster. Gets great gas mileage, handles well, easy to park and maneuver. Wonderful for a family with a dog, plenty of cargo room for luggage and out 70lb dog. Look forward to having this Edge for years.
Marty and Billy are to be commended on their excellent service. They kept me informed, explained every option I had clearly and used language I could understand. They both went above and beyond to make my experience positive and I felt confident that they had my best interest at heart. This car met all my needs. Its smooth driving and its easy to get in and out. I love the heater seats. My love riding in the car with me and also my grandchildren's.
I went into the situation knowing I wanted one of three options. The truck is everything I wanted. I'm looking to tow a large trailer/5th wheel and the diesel engine will pull strong without complaining. People comment on it's good looks and the leather interior is well done. The only complaint I have so far (6 months in) is the points of interest finder (gas stations, restaurants, etc) does not update as you drive down the road. It finds the closest places which may be behind you and doesn't continually update as you travel down the highway. It does give you current prices which is nice.
The diesel engine is strong and surprisingly fast for a truck this size. No worries about merging on the highway or passing slower vehicles. At 65-70 mph it averages nearly 20 mpg.
The service at St James Volkswagen was excellent from beginning to end the gentleman who helped me was very professional and courteous. The accommodations in the waiting room was super nice and it was very comfortable waiting for my car to be serviced the car was serviced in a timely fashion and before I knew it I was on my way everybody who worked in the office was friendly and welcoming

This car meets all my standards & beats my expectations. I've never owned a car with as many bells & whistles as my 2016 Ford Focus. I have a family of 5 and I thought at first it might be to small bc our family is tall & big boned height ranges from 5'11" to 4' tall. We're all very comfortable together in the car. It has so many bells & whistles I'm still figuring everything out the car has to offer lol. It is a very reliable car, great on miles, great on gas I filled up for $17 I was so excited about that. I'm very happy with the car and everything it has to offer.
