I took my car to Kelly Ford for service today. Oil change, tire rotation etc. Brian and his staff took care of it very efficiently. He explained everything and made sure I was informed of the progress. I will definitely be returning to service my vehicle.
In the past I have leased 3 Ford vehicles from another dealership. This showroom at Kelly Ford is state of the art, very impressive. I loved the vintage vehicles on display. I went in with a friend who was in the process of purchasing a vehicle, I had no intentions of purchasing one myself, but I did the next day and couldn't be happier with the service and the whole experience I had at this dealership. Bruno Caetano was my sales person who did a great job, and made the experience stress free. I will definitely recommend Kelly Ford to friends and family who are in the market for a new vehicle.
Our family just had the best time buying a Ford F-150 Lariat and I wanted to make sure I gave credit where credit was due.
(1) Wonderfully Communicative - Jason Lehner, the delearship manager, was amazing. Since we know little about cars but wanted to venture into truck ownership, we turned to a relative who is 1000s of miles away for help. This didn’t phase Jason at all. He answered every text, email and call with care and worked effortlessly with someone he never met in person. My relative is a bit of a hard cookie to crack so we were all impressed at how Jason was able to navigate the rapid fire questions and concerns.
(2) Stellar Price - We did approach other dealers but Waterford Ford simply offered the best price for our custom order. We feel like we walked away with an fantastic price for a brand new 2018 custom Lariat order.
(3) Straight Shooter - Jason never tried to sell us something for the sake of selling. We didn’t feel overwhelmed with the options or that we were making a mistake by not buying an additional feature. He was polite, listened and ensured we were comfortable with the order BUT we never felt pressured to take on more.
The best part was when we finally went in the sign papers! Michael O'Brien, the manager emeritus, saw that I had kids in tow and offered to have the car sent to our home since we couldn’t bring it back on the same day. It made my life so much easier! Seriously. That small gesture made my year. And now I have a gorgeous new ride.
They've always been super nice and helpful. They're not pushy when they think something needs to be fixed. The waiting area is pretty awesome too! Stocked with a variety of snacks, a soda machine and hot beverage machine...they even had Dove hot chocolate! This is my go to spot for getting my car fixed!!
Our salesman for buying an EV was Anthony Masone, ultra-competent, non-pressuring, a deft guide throughout the process, not to mention highly affable. And offered candy at his desk to boot! Thanks, Tony, for all your help, leading to a happy ending: a beautiful, brandnew EV (Chevrolet Bolt).
Had a great experience working with Gary on our purchase of a new CX-5. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, he immediately put us at ease with his friendly demeanor and no pressure attitude. He listened to our preferences and was very patient with our many questions. He worked hard to get all the paperwork in order so the car would be ready quickly and kept us informed of his progress. I had jokingly asked for a big bow on the car, like you see in commercials, and on the day of pickup I was greeted with a big red bow on the windshield! This confirmed our opinion that Gary goes above and beyond and really cares about his customers, even after the sale is made. Before handing off the keys to us, he took the time to go over the many features of the car and never made us feel rushed. Overall this was one of the best experiences we've ever had and would highly recommend Gary and Lannan Mazda as the place to go for a car.
When the 2019 Mustang "Bullitt" was announced, commemorating the 50th anniversary of the famous movie of the same name, which had one of the most famous movie car chases with Steve McQueen driving his '68 Mustang in the beautiful "Dark Highland Green", I placed my order with sales rep. Harry McDougall. Because of Ford's odd methodology of allocating special vehicles, Harry and the dealership worked very hard to obtain this limited-production car for me. He was just as excited about it arriving at the dealership as I was! Everything, including the paperwork, went smoothly and the car is well worth the wait. This is my eighth Mustang. The first was a '69 coup, which was also my first new car, so this is also my "50th anniversary" for Mustang ownership. I have bought many different cars at Jannell over the past 30 years and, obviously, have had great experience here and can highly-recommend the sales, service and parts folks; and the management must be doing something right, too! I went to Framingham Ford to service my Lincoln MKZ and my experience was truly exceptional. From the friendly and knowledgeable staff, to delivery of my repaired vehicle which was washed... I would return to this dealer in a heart beat.
This by far has been one of the best experiences buying a car. My sales person Chuck Jones was awesome. He took the time to explain everything to me and went over the explorer so I fully understood the options in it.
