Jessica was really nice and cautious. Timely and meet all my car wanted at that time. Ride was provided to take me home and brought me back when my car was ready for pickup.
2017 Ford Fusion review
2017 Ford Fusion Sport: I bought this car April 2019 with approximately 6000 miles on it. It was a personal lease vehicle from Michigan that sold at auction to the dealership I purchased it from in Wisconsin. I currently have 55,000 miles on it. I bought this car because of its power and stability on the road. I took it on a round trip from Wisconsin to Maine and back and it performed beautifully while averaging 30+ miles per gallon. The myriad features on this car are incredible. From adaptive cruise control and lane deviation sensors to automated ride suspension, this has been a joy to own and drive. Auto dimming rear view and side view mirrors make driving easy, day and night. Remote start during winter months is a huge feature, especially with the heated seats, steering wheel and climate control. The sporty look and feel of this car along with its streamlined design make me a proud owner. I’ve received many compliments by onlookers.

Cars2Us FairfaxReviews
Cars2Us Fairfax review
I can't say enough great things about this dealership and the entire team. I recently purchased a BMW X3 M Competition from out of state, traveling from Massachusetts to Virginia, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. First off, this wasn't just any vehicle. It was a highly desirable X3 M Competition in an incredible color combination a hot car that was getting plenty of attention. Buying a vehicle like this from hundreds of miles away requires a certain level of trust, and this team earned mine from day one. They were extremely responsive, provided every photo, video, detail, and piece of information I requested, and never made me feel like I was asking too much. They accepted my deposit and agreed to hold the vehicle for approximately a week until I could make the trip down. What impressed me most was that they honored that commitment despite receiving multiple other offers on the car. As a Special Forces veteran, integrity, honor, and keeping your word are principles I take seriously. When someone gives me their word, I expect them to stand behind it. This dealership did exactly that. They could have easily entertained other offers, but instead, they stood by their commitment. That tells me everything I need to know about the character of the people I was doing business with. Their customer service went above and beyond the actual sale. They even offered to arrange an Uber to pick me up from the airport when I landed. They also offered to have the vehicle shipped directly to me in Massachusetts, which is a fantastic option for anyone purchasing from out of state who can't make the trip. And speaking of being a car guy, I know exactly what I want when I'm buying a vehicle, and I absolutely hate wasting time. I don't want to spend half a day sitting in a dealership, dealing with unnecessary back-and-forth, surprises, or games. I came with my own financing already arranged, and these guys respected my time. From the moment I walked through the door to the moment I drove away, I was there for maybe one hour total. That's how buying a car should be. Most importantly, the vehicle was exactly as described. No surprises, no disappointments, no excuses. Everything they told me about the car was accurate, and everything they promised was delivered. I've dealt with plenty of dealerships over the years, and I can tell you that this level of honesty, efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail is not something you find everywhere. They didn't just sell me an incredible vehicle. They demonstrated integrity, respected my time, and earned my trust. To me, that means more than any sales pitch ever could. Whether you're local or buying from halfway across the country, don't hesitate to do business with this team. They'll provide the information you need, help coordinate transportation, arrange shipping if necessary, and make the entire experience as seamless as possible.

A solid "A" experience with MemberCar. Responded in a timely manner to my requests for additional photos and to questions. Wire transfer and title change was smooth. They recommended and coordinated shipping with a local shipper who delivered my "new-to-me" vehicle in a very timely manner at a reasonable price, halfway across the country. If they had a vehicle that I was interested in, I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Safford Subaru Manassas review
Eric was great, as usual. This was my 3rd new vehicle through him and I also sent a co-worker in who purchased too. The issue is not with the sales team, it’s with the finance dept. I am still waiting on resolution for an extended warranty I purchased with my new car last month. Shockingly the $$$mistake is in the dealers favor. 2 emails ghosted and no credit back to either my loan principal or my credit card. My suggestion is to just purchase the vehicle there and decline EVERYTHING the finance department offers then run out the door. Sales gets a 5, Finance dept 1 1/2. I will give them the rest of this week to keep up there end of the contract before I envolve corporate.

The 24 test drive experience was good. The person who helped us (Spencer I think) was very helpful. Non pushy sales made it easy to talk to everyone I met with Ultimately, the car smelled like cigarette smoke deeply and wasn’t for us. I do wish that would have been mentioned to us before driving

CarMax Capital BoulevardReviews
CarMax Capital Boulevard review
I'm compelled to share my good experience at this Carmax dealership. I ordered my car from their Fayetteville store with a free transfer. They kept me informed through text and email of the transfer status. I could have waited for a call but since I knew it arrived I called to schedule a test drive. I had applied online for financing and was approved with little detail but when I called to see if they would transfer to Fayetteville they asked similar questions and got the finalized approval. The salesman on the phone had an instant approval with 3 term options and the corresponding interest rate. He told me what the payment would be. In the end the payment was exactly as they quoted by phone. I expected to be in and out but spent 4 hours there. That probably wasn't normal though. The salesman Bob and I talked too much and he messed up our address in the computer. It happens. The other slowdown was the slight difference between the drivers license name and the credit app name. Oddly enough those small mistakes cost us an extra hour and a half. It happens. Meanwhile during the test drive I noticed a vibration on the highway over 60mph. They decided to have it looked at while we were there and rebalance the tires as well as resurfacing the front rotors. I was honestly surprised that they did the rotors. I didnt mention anything about them. I thought it was just the tires. In the end the vehicle took longer than the purchase process. It was quite an operation they had. They've really streamlined their processes. The financing, trade-in process, transfer process, detailing process, service process etc. Were really wild to see in action. The things I loved: The approval and disclosure process of financing. The transfer process. The minimization of paperwork. The teamwork process of communication. The dealership itself. The cars are all open to look in and sit in without a need for a salesman to get keys. No need for proof of income with fair to less than fair credit. Free coffee and bottled water. Fixing issues on the car while we complete the purchase and paperwork. The cons: small mistakes made very long wait. I'm quicker than them at moving the process forward. No negotiation price is a little high. Tips: as with everything in life do your due diligence. Inspect the car thoroughly. Utilize their carfax and recall information. Consider selling your car elsewhere for more money if you paid off your trade. Push along the process if you want it to go faster. Dont buy their gap insurance. Its overpriced and negates a good deal. Consider an outside warranty company for a better price. Realize a well placed call will hurry the process and verify what one person told you as being true. Place a hold on a vehicle you like for 7 days for free. Apply online to streamline the process.
2018 Ford Fiesta review
Bought new at the end of 2018. Almost 8 years later and this has been the least problematic vehicle I’ve owned. In the past I drove a Camry, Civic, Volvo, and a Mazda3. 70k miles on my Automatic transmission SE sedan and the only issue has been replacing the actuator once. Other than that, all routine. Tires once, brakes once, battery once. Been consistent on oil changes/tire rotations, always between 4k-5k miles. Even drove from Florida to California and back without a single problem. Hoping for another 70k miles! 🙏🏼

Terri Anistead was a warm, professional and wonderful salesman. I was impressed with the no mess no fuss flow of the overall process. I was able to say what I want to put down, what price range I want to stay in. Terri followed my ques and not the other way around. What a pleasure. I had a family member go through drive time and I was not sure if it was a good choice. I can see why they picked Drive Time. Thumbs up!
2018 Ford Focus review
Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg review
We had an excellent experience purchasing our new 2026 Toyota Sienna LE from Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg. This is our second Sienna from this dealership, after purchasing our first one in November 2021. William Harden was our salesperson both times, and he was amazing. He is caring, patient, professional, and always made sure we were taken care of. For this purchase, we placed a $500 deposit, and our vehicle arrived within the expected timeframe. The process was simple, smooth, and stress-free. We are very happy with our new Sienna and highly recommend William Harden and Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg.
2014 Ford Fusion review
I owned this car for 9 years with relatively few issues. There were several minor recalls that were easily rectified at the dealer, but other than that, it was a reliable car, that was comfortable, and is still stylish. The interior controls are convenient and easy to use. It was fun to drive and had good acceleration.

James did an excellent job keeping me informed with the backorder status of parts and immediately scheduling the installation!!
2017 Ford Fusion review
The Ford Fusion SE FWD has proved itself to be a solid choice. It is reliable in stop-and-go traffic and is nimble enough to overtake other cars on highways. It is also quite comfortable, although the headrest is quite uncomfortably placed. The suspension absorbs most of the road's vibrations. When turned on at lower speeds, the motor can be louder than expected, but the transition between electric and ICE power is quite smooth. The design is aggressive, and it looks quite good. The car is also reliable, and parts aren't hard to find. The infotainment system, however, is not as sophisticated as expected, but not in a pleasant way. Overall, I would still recommend the car; it's practical, reliable, and nimble.

2011 Ford Taurus review
There has been a 2011 Taurus SHO in my family since 2013 it was purchased with 10,000 miles and now has 140,000 these cars are great they have good power they're decent to drive and they're mainly designed for Highway driving. Plenty of power considering it's a 90° V6 it sounds not terrible and it can haul xxx the reason cops use them the infotainment in the early cars pretty much anything sync 2 is outdated and it feels that way however it's not unusable. The rest of the Interior is decent you still have some cheap feeling Ford Plastics but the seats and most things you touch are decent to sit in and deal with especially if you're a bigger person. There is a lot of space we have fit full vacations including me and my two siblings on many trips to Florida and Texas however it is a not all Sunshine rainbows. As for maintenance these cars tend to eat brakes quicker and we have had to replace all the piping to the turbo as it got filled with oil this car also received a catch can on top of oil changes every 5,000 miles, coolant flush every 15 to 20k and Trans Fluid every 30,000. You cannot talk about this car without the elephant in the room that being the water pump if you don't want to change the water pump don't buy this car go buy a Honda Accord my family bit the bullet and paid to get it done at 110,000 it's done now we don't need to worry the car has been great if you're not afraid of doing maintenance I would recommend this car they're cheap

We scheduled some warranty work with Joe in the service dept. He explained what they were going to do and why it was important to keep up with this service. When they were finishing up, he advised of a couple of filters that were very dirty and needed to be changed. He provided good communication throughout the work. Overall we are very pleased with the whole Tom Hodges team.

Good on gas as well and dependable. Except for the 2013 waterpump issue. Other than that, its dependable and the interior is nice leather, not cheaply made. Im getting another one for sure.

I've owned a 2017 Ford Fusion SE since 2019 and it's been amazing, right up until someone hit-n-run me causing it to be declared a total loss. I've mostly driven the highway in my Fusion and honestly I'm going to miss it, it's been an amazing vehicle. Started at 33k miles and ended at 74k only having to replace the rotors, brakes and tires in the 5 year time frame.

Negotiated with manager. Ok. Found a few things that will need to be fixed. Will talk to Sheehy about them.
2011 Ford Fusion review
Update from JJ Newark NJ. Now have my blue 2011 Ford Fusion for almost 2 years. Best car 🚙 I have ever had . Just had issue with door handles because of a plastic part but mechanic says this is common on this car .Only thing I have serviced is transmission @55;000 miles and they reprogrammed it.As a result of that service car is definitely running much smoother. I change oil every 5000 miles and air filter s 10,000 mile intervals: Car now has 65,000 miles and runs brand new. Love ❤️ it. Thanks Ford for making a super automobile 🚙🇮🇪🍀🙏

2016 Ford Fusion review
I love my fusion se. Only problem I've really had is my keypad and battery. When it rains my key pad gets hit by rain and drains my battery. Have had it for almost 7 yrs have just over 100,000 and it's been a great car.
