2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

My experience with JEEP New Port Richey was excellent throughout. Highly professional, very good communication very personable staff. The only difficulty with the experience was the delayed manufacturing and delivery time of the vehicle. This took about six months. The dealership was helpful and communicative throughout this delay and I am very appreciative of their service. Other than that, everything was great.

I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum with the 3.0 liter 6 cyclinder. The car has lots of power and drives well. It has lots of acceleration and easily pulls a 5000 lb trailer. Things I like about the car: 1. Heated and cooled front massage seats. On a long drive the massage seats are fabulous! 2. Very good radio/sound system 3. Wireless Apple/Android connectivity 4. Lots of cargo space What I dislike: 1. Gas mileage between 19-22 mpg 2. Lane departure system annoying 3. Had a rattle noise in the front of the car at 9000 miles that the dealer could not find. At 11,000 miles, the rattle mysteriously went away. No idea what is going on here. 4. Sometimes when I open the rear hatch, the chime sounds loudly, The next time it does not sound at all. Wish I could just turn it off. ??

I upgraded from a 2017 Explorer Sport to a 2025 Explorer ST. It handles better. It sounds better. It is faster. The interior is way better. The seats hug you. The infotainment system is fast and works really well.

First & foremost I did NOT purchase a vehicle from them but that was because I got a better deal with a closer dealership. HOWEVER, GEOFF (pronounced Joff) was THE BEST salesman I ever dealt with. He was very kind and extremely helpful when I was looking at their Chevy SS sedan. He made sure all my questions were answered and thoroughly explained everything to this first time buyer. I NEVER spoke with him before this encounter and just read a google review on the business & someone mentioned his name because he helped so I asked for him. When I am in the market for a Tahoe I will DEFINITELY return to him. This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

Bought this car in 2019 as my daily driver. It has enough space to transport my large and was very reliable until about 160,000 miles. Gasket seal and O2 sensors failed causing me $800 in repairs. Not super expensive, but like the previous review says check to see if there are any open recalls. Currently at 230,000 miles and still driving. If you follow the suggested maintenance schedule you'll be fine. If not, you'll be in for some trouble.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

My sales representative took all the time needed to thoroughly explain all of the new systems including the new Honda APP. He also took the time to pair my phone with my new Ridgeline. Great Help.

Driving experience is great. Either engine is plenty of power but even the base 2.3l is very fast. Rear wheel drive bias is noticeable in driving dynamics making it fun to drive. The new Google based infotainment system one of the best in the industry in my opinion.. Almost don't even need a phone with how smart it is. Blue cruise is very convenient for long monotonous highway drives if equipped

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

Love this car overall but I have only one complaint. I was putting some boxes in the rear of the car and one of the boxes must have touched the the rear seat folding mechanism as all of a sudden it tried to unfold the seats. If my grandchildren had been sitting there strapped in I hate to think what may have happened!! Wish you had coverage over the mechanism so this wouldn’t happen.

I am happy with everything about my explorer. Get good gas mileage and is very comfortable ride. Traded my 2020 for this 2022. Love the color and have gotten lots of compliments.

Looked at many different vehicles, very happy with 2022 Ford Explorer. The Explorer vehicle is very roomy with all the comforts of a luxury vehicle.

We have a Ford Fusion since 2017 and it has been fantastic vehicle for us. In past week we had repair done on fixing the electronic security system, connected to the edge of driver door that was not operating correctly. Josh helped me with identifying the issue and also Jack. Veterans Ford did their analysis and tests to get to the root cause with their specialized technicians in the electronics area. We were very concerned as this issue is very critical for us to function correctly. I am so happy that the Ford team at Veterans got it fixed and all is running perfectly again. Because the issue was intermittent it made the challenge even more difficult - so my thanks goes to the whole team who made this repair a success. The team there takes the time to listen and help their customers to the very best of their ability. When I was in Ireland I went with my Dad to a Ford dealer there, where he bought his first car a Ford Anglia. Ever since then we have stayed with Ford for many years. I has my NX250 serviced today. My advisor was Jose. Prior to having my car serviced he explained everything to me and stated that it would take approximately an hour and a half. I also had a question about my audio system and he was able to answer it right away. My car was returned to me faster than Jose had started washed and ready to go. Jose was fantastic and I would highly recommend this dealership for all your needs.

This Explorer replaces a 2017 I loved. That car is still in the family. The Platinum Edition is fabulous, lots of bells and whistles. I choose to turn off the lane management system. It is somewhat aggravating. The automatic on off at stoplights can be irritating when you have a lot of stoplights. I will turn this feature off when I’m in traffic at a lot of lights. Otherwise, I keep it on. There is a great deal of new technology on the vehicle which is located on the center screen. It was not hard to learn, and although I’ve had this vehicle for a month I’m still learning a few things. This vehicle is a six seater with heated and ventilated seats. The back windows have screens, which is great when your transporting little children and anyone else the seats also have an automatic fold. This car will move quickly great pick up and even with a new car around town, I’m getting 20 1/half miles per gallon on regular gas. Although being a six seater, it is not too big. I had looked at a jeep which ran a good $13,000 more for the same features. The new body style on the Jeep was not appealing to a family member so we stuck with the Ford.
